They Have great food
Love their Sweet -Sour Pork
They have been around for a while.
They have managed to survive, and maintain, the same quality of food, for quite sometime. Their prices are also fair, and they are in the neighborhood. I have heard no complaints from anyone I know about their food. Great Restaurant

The lady who answered the phone couldn’t give me a direct time my order would be here. She kept telling me he was on his way. She wasn’t rude about it at all which was good. Upon asking for my money back after an hour the owner or whoever he is was very very rude! As I was canceling my order the delivery driver got here and he was as nice as he can be. My food was still hot but I will not be ordering from here anymore. The man who got on the phone needs better customer service skills I’ve been getting food from here for over 10 years! Again I will not be back!!!! RUDE!!!

They have terrible customer service. I ordered delivery. Paid with my card over the phone. They delivered the food and said I was to pay cash. I got the food. Then the delivery driver comes back and says I never paid and got a attitude. I had to pull up my bank app to show her I paid. Then she was mad because because I didn’t tip her.

As a 15 year resident of Old Louisville, I'm not gonna lie--this place used to serve up some pretty lackluster dishes in the past--BUT HOLY COW, has that ever changed! Since reopening from the pandemic, Taste of China has cranked it up to 11 and been blowing me away! Everything we've ordered over the past 6 months has been hot, fresh, and supremely flavorful--enough so that, yeah, I feel led to tell the world about it now. Delicious!

I give it a two star only because the food was decent. BUT! The lady taking the orders and working the register had a very unkind and nasty attitude. Very rude to a customer who had a simple question. Like others have stated, the place is filthy. There is either mold or dust caked in the vents of the air conditioner. The place has an "A" rating, I guess it means "AWW Hell naw". I will not go back.

Online order was canceled because we didn't answer a call back from them. When we called them back to ask where our food was we were yelled at by the rudest person I have ever dealt with in food service. This was a large pre paid order. We finally got our order an hour after we wanted it and it wasn't worth the wait and rudeness we endured to get it.. I will never order from them again

If I could give them any lower rating than 1 star, I would. They are RUDE. They cancelled our order because they THOUGHT they heard my phone number incorrectly and argued with me about giving them the wrong number. What? I think I know my number ma’am. THEN, argued with me that I provided the incorrect number online. Go create an account on their site, see if you find anywhere where it asks you for your phone number… I’ll wait... Bet there isn’t, because there isn’t. Just absolutely rude. They had the address, why couldn’t they just deliver it? Yea, never trying this place. I hope it

First-timer. I walked in asked the girl behind the counter what her favorite dish was..., she said I don't eat Chinese food here, 😳 ... I ordered anyway: chicken and vegetables. It was cold. No veggies. Well, a mini corn and shred of celery. The sauce was way too sweet and heavy. I won't be back unfortunately. Cause, this neighborhood could use a good Chinese food place...😞
