Services
With over 30 years of experience, our staff at Celebration Rentals has the knowledge and expertise to make any event, from a 300 person wedding to an intimate dinner party for 10, a truly memorable affair. We provide services throughout Vermont, as well as the greater New England area, and are familiar with occasions at resort hotels, country inns, historic locations, as well as individual settings.
In addition to pole tents we also offer various sizes of Anchor frame tents. With a suspended center pole and curved peaks they add elegance to small parties or can be added onto pole tents. The frame tent features a channel groove with curtain like walls for easy opening and closing with a velcro matching system.
We offer a service of linen rentals for white linen. If you are looking for more diverse colors and patterns, The Linen Shop out of Rochester, Vt is our preferred vendor. Their large inventory, paired with many years of expertise is sure to be able to match you with the perfect linens choice for your event.
We find the simplest method for achieving this is to use the chart below to calculate the approximate necessary square footage. In the pre-planning stage of an event, Celebration Rentals uses the square footage calculations to create precise figures and generates a computer aided design, or CAD, to give clients a clear and tangible vision of their event configuration.
We recommend reserving items and equipment as early as possible. Holidays are often times booked far in advance, and popular wedding dates may also have limited availability. A reservation is required to guarantee rental availability. We welcome adjustments to orders until ten days prior to the event, however additions can not be guaranteed.

Extremely grateful to Celebration Rentals for their excellent customer service. We rented a tent for our event and their staff were prompt and professional. The staff worked extra hard to accommodate us, given our tent rental was set up in a more remote and challenging location than the typical customer.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR- Hire Celebration Rentals.
We searched high and low for a good rental vendor that met our budget. Mark worked with us to insure we had what we needed- and remove what we didn’t.
He was also wonderful during the pandemic. We went from a 130 person wedding to 25. He didn’t even flinch when we decreased our rental package.
The team who set up & broke down was punctual, accommodating & super friendly! They made sure we knew everything we needed to and that we were completely happy before they left.
Honestly, I couldn’t say enough great things about this company!!!

My wife and I used Celebration Rentals for our August 2017 wedding and could not be more pleased with our experience! Before the event we emailed with Shirley who was prompt, professional, and accommodating with every request we made to alter our order as our guest count came in and new needs developed. My husband and I used Celebration Rentals for for our October 8, 2016 wedding at the Red Clover Inn, and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. We had an 80 person tented reception, and Celebration provided everything from tent and tables to dance floor, lighting, chairs, dishes, and flatware. Celebration was everything we needed! They provided a massive, beautiful tent for our wedding to accommodate 150 people with tables, chairs, plates, silverware, stage, and a dance floor. They set up nice and early in the week so we had plenty of time to get the space ready, and were willing to bring extra equipment at the last minute if we'd needed it. These guys are an amazing team and will set you up right for your next event!
