Extremely displeased with my 89 year old mother's appointment process. We had a 1:00 P.M. appoint and arrived 15 min early to fill out a mountain of forms of which many were not relevant to our visit. Finally, in exam room at 2:05 waiting on the doctor. 40 minutes later still waiting in this hot, stuffy exam room. No one bothered to check on us or inform us the doctor was running late. Only after I went back up to the front office to ask questions did they decide to send in the P.A. instead who, by-the-way, was the only bright spot of this visit as he was very courteous. Recommendation was to perform

Treated me for hip pain for many months. Turns out the pain is coming from my lower back. I'm an athlete and have been out of commission for a YEAR necause of this problem.
I had to beg to be sent to a provider that performed Radio frequency ablation. He said my spinal stenosis couldn't possibly be related to nerve pain in the front of my hip.
Called his office for a one time script of pain meds while I waited for my injection by wonderful Chad Gorman, MD.
Thank God I don't have an HMO. I can find my own specialists.
Was told they don't prescribe pain meds. The guys an orthopedist. A HIP!!

I am really pleased with the care and consideration I received from the Doctor, PA and all the Nurses and office staff. I never waited very long to see the doctor, but realized that Emergencies do come in. He performed Total Knee Replacement, which I have needed for years. Other doctors only wanted to give me shots, which I had already been taking for a decade. The scar is minimal and along with Physical Therapy, I will make full recovery. I couldn't have found another doctor who would have given me any better care than I received from him. I would recommend him to anyone who needs orthopedic care

The staff and whole office personal is just great ,warm and caring. . For Dr Candelora I have know him for years and he is a step above most Doc's especially surgeons. He truly cares and is very good at everything he does. . He will also take all the time needed so you leave knowing just what your condition is . If more Doc's were like him the medical community would be a better place

Dr. Candelora has been my compassionate care physician for the last two years. During this time I have experienced exceptional service and medical care from both Dr. Candelora and his highly trained staff. You can witness how much his other patients love him just by listening to their comments in the waiting room and the parking lot. He is wonderful! I recruited physicians for a living for many years and he is definitely one of the best!

Been sitting in the waiting room for literally over 3 hours waiting on them to help my grandmother. No one has even made eye contact with me they are avoiding us at all cost. We have been the only customers here for over and hour and she has been sitting in the back while the doctor walks by casually talking to friends and answering questions for a trainee while the paying customers wait in pain. If you have options GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. RUN RUN

After a week of skiing my left knee was in pain. Those damn moguls. As a nurse, I need to be able to stay on my feet for a long time. After telling Dr he was able to diagnose and recommend therapy. He examined and was very patient listening to my skiing stories Took his time and the front office personnel was very efficient. Thank you Dr.

I didn't even make it past the rude receptionist. If you don't like your job or working with people, go file papers somewhere. She sounded annoyed from the beginning of the phone call to only become aloof as it continued. She was very unhelpful and did not listen. I had questions about insurance and the doctor I would be seeing. She abruptly told me they don't take my insurance and they don't accept self pay. I was provided their number by my insurance company who know my plan. This woman shouldn't be the opening encounter for any of your patients. I only wish I remembered

Oh my! I've never experienced anything like this in my entire life!
It was an experience I hope to never duplicate again!
I found Dr. Candelora to be EXTREMELY condescending, confrontational and demeaning.
He refused to "hear" or listen to any of my answers to his questions. In his mind, none of my answers seemed to be the "correct" ones. He continued to badger me until I finally just said what I thought he wanted to hear.....
Then to make matters even worse, during the physical examination, he was very very rough and discourteous and hurt me so badly that I bolted
