Jodie Knott, PhD
Dr. Jodie Knott is a licensed clinical psychologist and board certified behavior analyst, whose team includes psychologists, behavioral analysts, marriage and family therapists, and behavior interventionists. We specialize in psychological assessments and treatment for ADHD, learning disabilities, mood disorders, child and family therapy, high-functioning autism, and applied behavioral analysis.

Dr. Knott and associates utilize a variety of treatment methods that have been effective in the treatment of people with various concerns and difficulties. Dr. Knott is also the director of Quest Therapeutic Camps of Southern California, which provides a therapeutic summer day camp and social skills therapy groups for children with mild to moderate social, emotional, and/or behavioral difficulties.
Services
We are committed to providing culturally sensitive services that are collaborative in nature to children, adults, and families in the community. We utilize a variety of treatment methods that have been effective in the treatment of people with various concerns and difficulties. Our goal is to provide services of the highest quality in a manner that is empowering and strengths-based.
Services are provided for a wide range of concerns including: treatment for mood disorders, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity (ADHD), various learning difficulties, behavioral disorders, and high-functioning autism. At Quest, Dr. Knott's team provides individualized psychotherapy to children and adults, as well as family therapy.
Dr. Knott and her team provide a variety of consultation services including: attending school meetings (to address a child's learning ability and necessary academic accommodations), parent training, and program development. We attend school meetings, as necessary, to advocate for a child and their specific academic or emotional needs.
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is an evidenced based therapy that focuses on techniques and principles that promote a supportive and positive change in behavior while reducing behaviors that can cause social, emotional, and physical harm. Our in ABA programs are customized and tailored to meet each of our clients individual needs.
We provide a comprehensive learning and growth opportunity for young adults who need some bridge supports to reach a higher level of success. Most of our SOAR Academy attendees have high school diplomas and will be capable of working long term in a variety of challenging vocations.

While they may struggle with some attention, learning or slight social difficulties they are capable of having academic and vocational successes with some bridge services.Our young adults SOAR through our WINGS foundations, skill based objectives with achievable results!. The transition to young adulthood can be an exciting, but complex time.
