Like many others, we had issues with the previous owner. In Spring/Summer of 2019, the company was bought by Mr. Ed Kash- who has been nothing short of amazing. Even though the original owner's company went bankrupt and many customers deposits/payments were "lost", Ed reached out to every single person (including us) and honored the deposit that they placed on equipment with the "original" company. Ed has been very transparent with any issues or concerns that we have/had, and we are very impressed and happy with the service and honesty. Happy to be back!

AJ i feel bad for you, this company is a complete JOKE. We did business with E Inflatables for many years and the owners Steve & Frank Nero, they stiffed my company out of THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS for items they bought from me. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, you will get hurt in the long run. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY STAY AWAY !!

BUYER BEWARE! Im surprsised there arent more bad reviews on this company. Maybe this is an indication they are starting to go DOWNHILL! Bought 2 water slides from them a couple years back and tried to order a replacement liner for pool. Over a period of 2.5 MONTHS, gave me the run around, worked with George, only in the end to tell me they cant replace it. A water slide down un rentable for 2.5 months and counting until I find someone else to make this liner for a unit they did not manufacture, (which will now be a big task) Lost a lot of money by purchasing a unit through Einflatables. Replacing
