Forte Building & Remodeling is a family owned, customer focused company that is based in Howell, MI. We are licensed and insured and specialize in Design/Build Remodeling and New Home Construction. We also offer comprehensive design consultation and CAD design services for all of our projects. The owner, Derek Lisabeth, has spent his life in and has a passion for the residential construction industry.
He grew up working for his parent's home building company, which is where he discovered his love for construction. This led him to Michigan State University where he earned a Bachelors of Science in Construction Management. Since graduating from MSU he has worked for several successful home builders in both California and Michigan, and he has successfully managed the construction of 500+ beautiful homes.
