Family brought a chalice to be engraved for my grandma who recently passed away. Instructions to engrave her name on the bottom which is customary were provided, however, for whatever reason, they decided to disregard the instructions provided on the order form and engraved it at the top. After the mistake was brought to their attention, they touted how they have been in business for 30 years. At no point did they admit to their mistake, apologize, or make good on the agreement. A phone number was provided at the top of the order form, so we could have easily been contacted with any questions.

Engravably Yours was a lifesaver, they came recommended and saved me hours shopping locally as opposed to being stuck in the mall somewhere.
When I was getting gifts I knew I wanted to get my brother's motto engraved on a travel mug. I was happy they could engrave the object of my choice and I would not just rely on their stock (which I did later learn was excellent, but I knew many places had empty shelves with the holiday season). This was solid peace of mind and I've attach a picture of the quality engraving on an awesome Yeti tumbler.

I needed a place to have my NYC Marathon medal engraved and struck out at a local trophy shop. A family member remembered Engravably Yours and we stopped by on Saturday morning. This is the (gorgeous) result. Service was amazing as the woman working talked me through fonts, spacing and how & why they do this. Would not hesitate to use again for personalization needs.

My son is being sworn in as a lawyer and I had purchased a MontBlanc pen as a gift. As an afterthought I wanted it to be engraved with his initials. I found Engravably Yours on line and though it was out of my way, I just wanted to get it done. I dropped it off and stated that I wasn't in a rush. I was given the option of different fonts, and just wanted it clean and professional looking. I was told it would be ready the next day, though I wasn't in a rush for it. I found Engravably Yours on the Internet. Even though they were an hour away, they were the most local distributor for Cross Pens. I needed one engraved immediately and shipped priority mail. So it had to be something in stock, no time to order. *
I worked directly with Marilyn and Evelyn but even when the work was done on a Saturday, one of the staff let me know it was being shipped then. The pen is beautiful. Engraving perfect. I have been shopping here for as long as I can remember. Marilyn and Norman treat everyone like family, whether you need a pen, a repair, a piece of custom jewelry or just an appraisal. I haven't lived in the area for many years, but whenever any jewelry or gift needs arrive, the first thing I think is, "Lemme call Marilyn." This store is a community treasure.
