Was in need of plaques and the original place I was asked to contact never got back to me.
So I reached out to Hero's Salute (knowing their location as I drive past it often) and within 10 minutes, their friendly staff had reached out to me.
I had my plaques within a week of that first contact and it was a great experience.

I received a gift of a beautiful pen/pencil set. I wanted to have my name engraved on it. I took it to another engraver, closer to home and whom I have used MANY times and told the cost would be $35 PER item. Although I don't live in the area, I had passed Hero's Salute many times and decided to check the cost there. Not only was the cost SIGNIFICANTLY less, the job was OUTSTANDING. Customer service was wonderful and I now have a new please to have any engraving done in the future. They were worth the trip!
