To all parents living in Frisco Area. If you're a working family that doesn't mind being billed for service you havnt been offered then this is the place for you! If you go on vacation and notify them weeks in advance they don't offer refunds nor makeups. are you kidding me! How do you run a business like this! Is it expected that families won't have vacation or emergencies. I will never bring any of my children to this establishment. Would greatly appreciate , if any could reference another dance studio.

We paid for trial class and then had to reschedule for some emergency reason. They said they cannot reschedule or cancel the trial class and did not refund or adjust the amount. Not flexible at all. We lost our amount paid for trial class. They never informed us upfront about this. Bad experience!! Make sure to know the terms before paying for trial classes.

ПŽ¼100% recommend Mrs. Shafagh for Piano lessons. I can’t say enough about how friendly and encouraging she is! 🎹
They offer Online Piano classes during the Pandemic (Covid19) and I would say the quality is as good as the in-person Piano lessons before the Pandemic.
All I can say is, I definitely recommend Shafagh at Frisco School of Music if you’re looking for an amazing Piano instructor for Kids in Frisco, Texas. ðŸ‘ðŸ»
She’s also fluent in Persian if you need a Farsi speaking Piano Tutor in Dallas Fort Worth for kids. âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸

From the very first time I called to inquire about the classes they offered they were pleasant & knowledgeable. My daughter was too young at the time for what we wanted but we were given other options that will help her grow into the next class.
My daughter looks forward to her class all throughout the week. She shares her experience with everyone.
During this difficult time of the pandemic, Frisco School of Music has taken every precaution to keep themselves & our children safe & happy! My daughter will be a student for years to come!
Thank you to all of the staff for keeping my daughter excited

Easily one of the best music schools in the area. My child has completed four children’s piano books in just one year AND four children’s theory workbooks and that was with half the year in group lessons and half the year with private. No matter what course you take at the school, it will lead to success.

We really like all recital, achievement graduation, music theory test the school is offering for students! It shows you are taking music education seriously! My son is in piano class with Mr. Jordan and he thrives so much! I love how Mr. Jordan allows his creativity to shine and and lets my son learning at his own rapidly pace! Also all the front staff at school is so friendly, helpful, organized and knowledgeable!

Just an update: What an amazing experience. Everything from the institution to the staff is beyond impressive. Special shout-out to Kelsey, the most helpful and personable staff member I’ve ever met.
Wow! My son joined a Rock Band at this school along with having private drum lessons. The Rock Band show was so much fun - all student bands performing several songs. He just loves the band rehearsals and his teacher (who is a real band member who plays around town). Thanks for a great show and lots of positive vibes for the kids.
My son begged for drum lessons. He wanted private lessons but

I worked for the Frisco School of Music for 3 years, and I have to say it was the best job experience I've had yet. Chris Duncan and her team of administrators and front desk staff have created a music learning experience unparalleled by any business I've worked for. I was treated with the utmost respect while I worked there . The school is buzzing with energy and excitement. The facilities and equipment are top notch. They have a huge faculty of music educators that offers each student a variety of instruments and teaching methods with each teacher having a unique personality, background, and

I was a preschool music teacher and piano teacher at Frisco School of Music. It was a joy to teach here. The staffs are like a family. They are gracious to give advises when you meet troubles. Also the performances are fascinating and kids are cute. After one years working here, I have grown so much, from a fresh graduate to a professional educator.

Update - After two years, we still love this place. They have grown so much that they had to construct a building next door to the first one just so they could accommodate all the people that want come to the school. The new building has its own performance hall and they provide at least a dozen opportunities for our daughter to perform. Really can't say enough good things about them.
Wonderful school, really love this place.
Gosh...we had our first class last night and my daughter LOVED the class. She played her guitar for the first time and she could tell the other kids had been playing for

The Frisco School of Music is an artist's gem! My daughter has been coming here for over a year and she loves it!
They offer a variety of lessons from music, dance, art, and acting. My daughter has taken dance, art, and acting. They offer group and private lessons in pretty much whatever your child has an interest in.
They even have an awesome preschool/kindergarten program, The Musical Arts Schoolhouse. I would've sent my daughter there for preschool but I needed longer hours. The director of the preschool, April, is so sweet.
The facilities are phenomenal. They have two buildings

I can't say enough wonderful things about the Frisco School of Music. WOW! While 90% of their students are under age 18, they are also very welcoming of adult students, either newbies like my husband, or someone like me trying to start playing again after many years. There's a wide range of teachers and instruments from which to choose, as well as voice. The lessons are very reasonably priced, and I appreciate just having it put on a monthly draft.
Recitals are nothing like when I was growing up: these are FUN! on stage with lights, usually miked, and live streamed and then archived

I went in for a tour to sign up my kids for Piano class. I went there with the intention to sign up the kids. Their facility was rather impressive. But customer service...not so much. The very young ladies that gave me a tour were nice but not well rehearsed and not interested in my thoughts and questions. When they could not answer some of the questions to my satisfaction, I asked to speak to someone higher up that would know more. She was very reluctant to do so. I don't know what the big deal was. So I let it go. Shortly after, the owner/director that I recognized from the marketing folder

Hi Chris, thanks for reaching out. I ended up not making the 3pm appointment that day and decided not to come in at all bc of the interaction on the phone. I do, however, really appreciate you addressing my concern. We've made other plans for our daughter. But if things change, I'll give you guys a call. Thanks again, Jodi

If there were an option to choose zero stars ... I would!
I called Friday for the very first time to make an appt for the following Monday at 7:30pm for my daughter to have a trial (consult) for voice lessons with a male teacher. He only had a 30 minute slot on Mondays at 7:30 pm available. So I took it.
Monday at 1:20pm my daughter who is 8 yrs old - her school nurse called and said she had a temperature & complaints of an ear ache. Long story short her ear drum ruptured around 3pm on Monday. With all the chaos of her being sick & ear issues, I forgot to call & cancel her

Had my son attend for several months, had a good instructor, we had to stop due to son paying soccer for a few months, I was told we wldnt have another draft taken out by the owner and the girl at the front desk, a month later they drafted out of my acct, I called to look into and the owner went back on her word! She was not helpful and would rather lose a future customer! If that was going to be the case she should have informed me so I could have attended a few more lessons! Not a way to run a business, beware, she sounds nice and easy to wrk with but turns out she is fake, just to get your
