Infrared saunas use infrared light to heat the body from within, rather than the air from without, as a traditional sauna does. Because of this, the saunas are able to operate at a lower temperature, increasing your ability to enjoy the benefits of the sauna for a longer period of time, thus increasing the body's detox.
Our massages are a full 30, 60, or 90 minutes! We customize your massage according to what you need. We specialize in therapeutic massage to relieve pain and tension. Our services include deep tissue, sports, trigger point, prenatal, and Swedish massage. This specialized massage is very effective in relaxing tense muscles, easing pain, and improving circulation.

Here for a little detox and maintenance. The atmosphere is so calming and soothing. I immediately felt comfortable.
The smell of essential oils wafted through the air. The soft instrumental music was piped in. I felt relaxed and ready to be pampered.
The staff is quite lovely as well. They seemed quite knowledgeable and made sure my experience was a positive one.
I will absolutely be back.

Today was my 3rd visit and I could not wait to return! On my first visit Sky listened to my issues of loss of my gallbladder 5 years ago and the discomfort and pain I've been in since the removal.
Following the discussion she immediately went to work assessing my physical ailment through her touch. I was given a massage for 30 minutes which was followed by a session of Accupunture.
Before leaving she gave me a bag of herbs to use as a tea to help my digestion! After less than a week I could feel relief!
I left today's third visit feeling so well and calm. For the first time in years
