In July of 1985, following my Podiatric Preceptorship I began my podiatric career by purchasing the practice of a retiring Richard Cerchiara DPM in Mount Vernon, NY. I applied and became the first Podiatrist granted operating room privileges at Mount Vernon Hospital in 1986. At Mount Vernon Hospital over the next three years I performed numerous fore foot and rear foot surgical procedures.

PinPointe FootLaser is the easy and convenient procedure that helps turn your discolored and disfigured nails into clearer, healthier looking nails. This in-office procedure is virtually painless, has minimal side effects, and typically takes only about 30-minutes to complete. How does the laser work?
When heel pain prevents you from walking, running or even getting up out of bed, it could be a torn plantar fascia. Standard treatment for plantar fasciitis involves cortisone shots, ice and stretching. These methods never heal that tear, they only temporarily treat the pain. These methods never heal the tear.

The appointment started within minutes of it schedule time it was prompt Kris to staff was exceptional at the front desk and Dr. Marzano is extremely proactive and not reactive difference being when you’re reactive it’s generally twin immediate problem being proactive is stopping problems from happening in the future that won’t need constant attention. Westchester podiatric is highly recommend it to any Westchester resident and it is our belief they are on the cutting edge of podiatric medicine

Dr. Marzano is so gentle when he works on my feet. My first visit required minor surgery and it was painless! There has never been a long wait time to see the doctor! The receptionist is so nice. Also I recently had a 2nd degree burn on my

My mother is 95, I am her caretaker. She had a trauma on both big toes which made it very hard for me to cut them. I chose a name from the phone book for a podiatrist that was close to her house. What a lucky break, I got an appointment right away, the office was was super clean, the staff was very nice and Dr. Marzano was so caring and thorough.

The doctor is nice and knowledgeable but the girls at the desk booking appointments are SO RUDE. I've been left on hold for literally over 20 minutes multiple times, 20 MINUTES ON HOLD, for a single doctor practice!! 20 minutes of hold time is like 2 hours of real life time, it's long. And then I never even receive a simple "sorry for the wait" when they eventually pick back up. Hire more help Doc and maybe require them to have manners and some phone etiquette! My time is just as important as yours and everyone else's! I honestly wish I never started my sons orthotic treatment here.

Dr. Marzano has been an excellent doctor in the whole process of my dads treatment and healing plan. He has been readily available the whole time. He has an impeccable bedside manner and has made my dad very comfortable every step of the way. He has made it his top priority to make sure everything from the initial visit to the healing process has gone smoothly.
