We always try to provide pain relief with more conservative methods such as shoe recommendations, custom-made orthotics, medications, and protective devices. Dr. Melva Baker, owner and proprietor of “Baker Podiatry" is an immoral human being who does not feel compelled to pay her staff. I worked for Dr. Baker starting in mid- 2014, assisting with her billing at the behest of my previous employer who is a Podiatric Surgeon. Dr. Baker has ALWAYS been difficult and contentious to work for so I muddled on but our working relationship was less than ideal and I gave her notice at the end 2015. Dr. Baker basically begged my stay on and we tried to work through our differences which were primarily due to
