I had my first ever accident in December and this shop was recommended by my insurance company. From the very 1st day, I've experienced excellent customer service.
I didn't want after market parts so the total process took over a month.
Every week, sometimes twice a week, I received updates on the status of the parts coming in and the work being done on my car from either Raffi or Rich.
Everything was explained to me in detail and all of my questions were answered honestly, professionally and promptly.
I am extremely satisfied with the work that was done and highly recommend this shop

Found this shop online and called in to get my car fixed..boy was I impressed. Made an appt with Raffi, then met Rich who took car of my car repairs and kept my updated all they way through the repair. Everyone was so nice and friendly Pierre and Rich showed me my car at the end and was perfect. I'm super picky about my car but I felt as everyone at this shop looks after your car. Not like these big corporate body shops that rush your car out the door for the sale. Not once did I feel this way at Covina Auto Body.

Hands down, the best body shop experience ever! I was rear-ended by a truck and my MB C300 was extensively damaged. I love that they have a dashboard that kept me and my insurance in the know with the repair progress, parts needed and pricing. The team did an amazing and meticulous job.
My car was ready as scheduled and it looked like a brand new car; all clean, shiny & detailed. Their approach to customer service is professional and innovational.

It was my first time bringing my car to an auto body shop, and boy am I glad I decided to go with them (thank you yelp!). They are not only very upfront about charges, but they also have EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I cannot stress this much. They will take care of your car (mine was flawless, like nothing happened!), update you regularly of what the timeline is for the repairs (I received a call almost weekly to let me know of this). They will take the trauma of bringing your car for repairs off for sure!

This is the third time we have come to covina auto body and it was certainly by choice! Raffi and the rest of his team have OUTSTANDING customer service from the front of the office to the back of the garage. If a job they can do is more expensive than another option they will even direct you to the cheaper option. Name one place that will do that!!! I couldn't have asked for a more honest and trustworthy experience. Since I first needed some repairs done to my vehicle and I was so pleased, I have since reached out to this shop a number of times for things like getting my oil changed and tires rotated... and again, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. 10s across the board!! Covina Auto Body helped me fix my car after an accident in May and it was the best decision. They worked with my insurance, situated my car on an app so I received texted updates via CarWise, and even gave me a couple courtesy calls to advise status.
Raufi helped tremendously with advising about parts used, length it will take to fix, and also making sure I was able to ask any questions. If you ever find yourself in an accident or need to fix up your car I highly recommend Covina Auto Body.

This was my first time going to Covina Auto Body. I made a appt in advance. I needed an estimate fir my vehicle. There was no problem. I called the day of my appt to ask to come in early. There was no problem. They said to come on in. I arrived and i was kindly greeted. The gentleman that came out was polite. He was pleasant. I was in and i was out quickly. I love this place!! Raffi was the first person who assisted me when I went there for a repair, he was very experienced and treated with good manners all the time. He updated me about the state of my car and also let you know specifically about the extra details that the car needs that was not quoted at first. Very honest and price was between low and high. Amazing service, excellent work!! After reading their reviews, I brought my Ford Flex in for repairs after I was involved in an accident. They didn't disappoint! They did an amazing job on the repairs, kept me updated throughout the entire process. My experience with Covina Auto Body was awesome!! One thing about Covina Auto Body is that it is a family ran business and treat people with great customer service and compassion. There facility was very clean and nice! Raffi was always informative and follow up daily on work progress. On top of there communication being very professional. The body work and paint job on my car was absolutely superb!! The painted panels all matched perfectly as if nothing had never been damage. Went back late August / Early September 2020 with another unfortunate repair job for my Mazda, I think it had been about 2yrs since my last visit. Due to COVID they now have a table set up outside to handle business, hand sanitizer is provided.
Everything went smoothly once again, dropped my car off and Raffi ordered me a Uber home at his expense. Customer service was awesome throughout the whole process as expected. I had to go back with another minor unrelated issue mid-Sept and dealt with his brother instead, also a very helpful friendly guy. Must run in the famiy.

Second time coming here in the past year , same type of damage to my car and knew exactly who I was going to again and that was covina auto body. If you want a stress free, professional staff , good customer service and have your car look like you never got into an accident then you know where to come. I received recommendations from multiple family friends to take my car to Covina Auto Body after someone vandalized my car. I have a 2018 Lexus, it is my very first new car ever and I was so sad that it was vandalized. When I dropped my car off they were great about social distancing and making me feel safe as I left my car.
Raffi ( he was the guy there when I dropped the car off) checked in with me multiple times throughout the three weeks that my car was in the shop to let me now the progress on my car. He handled the whole thing with my insurance too. I did not have to do a lot

Great shop. I would recommend them to anyone in need of auto body work, and I'd definitely return for any work I need done in the future. This was the only shop remotely close to LA that would take our Mercedes Benz Sprinter van in for repairs. Our van was vandalized one night, which was a nightmare in itself. Our family business relies on this vehicle for the purchase of supplies & deliveries to customers; the staff at Covina A/B definitely kept that in mind. Their fast & easy service is honestly one that we are so grateful for. They helped us deal with the insurance company & kept us updated every step of the way.
