We love Fran and her staff. They take great care of us and our three year old daughter, they’re patient with our “first time parent” type questions and have wonderful bedside manner. Our daughter says she “loves Fran” and never seems to mind when she has to go to the doctor because she knows the girls at the desk will give her a sticker and a Lollipop.

I bought my daughter here to get her ear pierced months ago. The place is clean and decorated nicely, the secretary is very nice. Booking was simple. However, the female nurse practitioner who pierced my daughters ears was horrible!!!! She walked in the room and it was clear she was in a rush, she placed the markers on her ears also in a rush, and the piercing to her left ear had to be done twice because she was rushing. I excused the behavior to possibly having a bad day so I referred this office to someone else for piercing and their experience was worse. The nurse practioner gives this place
