Jay Nestle a 2nd generation glazer grew up in the glass business in New York where his family-owned and operated Long Beach Glass for decades. Jacob Nestle, his oldest son, is a 3rd generation glazer who worked alongside his father has taken over operations in 2019 and now owns and operates the family business.

Service is horrible. 4 weeks and window repairs have yet to be completed. Last phone call to company was handled in the most dismissively rude way. Lack of communication skills points to front desk's need for retraining or replacement.

We tried to call this company today about our patio doors and at first they were a little helpful but as we had to call back several times because we were relying messages as a go between another company and the person was not very helpful and actually got really rude at the end basically ending the conversation with we can't help you and don't call us again. They were too busy but as a company that deals with the public she could have been a lot nicer when dealing with the public. Funny we have been thinking of getting new windows in the bedrooms and was going to also ask for an estimate

I wish I could give more stars!! I called to see how long it would take to get an appointment and spoke to Bridget. 1 hour later I had a new window pane! The customer service is beyond friendly and fast. Would recommend to anyone!

Needed two pieces of glass cut and beveled for our new nightstands. Ordered one afternoon and ready the next day! Great job with glass tops and friendly business interaction with front office. Will use them again for future glass needs.

I called Osecola Glass two weeks ago and tried to schedule an appointment. I was told that they would call me back and schedule a time to send someone out the next day. The next day I was told the next week.

Finally, two weeks later, I received a voicemail from them that they would send someone out from 9 to 11 the following day. I called back five minutes later, left a voicemail, and never got a call back. I called the next morning and was told they had to move my appointment because "things came up" and they would try to "send someone out tomorrow" and would have to call

I work with a small school. Children are always breaking things including glass. Whenever we have had a problem Osceola glass has come very quickly and changed out the glass. Thank you very much for your quick response and your fair pricing.
