We typically work on a flat-fee basis, to provide certainty in billing at the outset, and encourage our clients to call us at their convenience to discuss questions and issues thoroughly without concern for hourly fees. I made a mistake and consulted with this firm and Kripa Upadhya as lawyer. They misguided me because of lack of information and delayed my application for NIW (national interest waiver) for more than one year, until I found a professional skilful lawyer somewhere else. I emphasise that because I asked for advice from this lawyer and she told me that I am not qualified; I postponed my application for a year while I was more than qualified for NIW Green card at the time of consultation with this uninformed lawyer. Please do not play with your life and future and find a proper immigration lawyer.

I spoke to Kripa Upadhyay regarding my parents visa. She was very prompt in getting back to me. She really tried to understand the situations and my questions.
