An initial consultation for up to 45 minutes is $500*. A consultation if there is a criminal matter that may affect your immigration case is $675 and may be more if we need to conduct research. If you choose to engage our services for the matter discussed within 30 days of your consultation, the full amount of one consultation fee will be credited to the final installment of your case.

We work with companies to develop sound corporate immigration policy and strategy as well as insure compliance with immigration regulations. Marty & Ellis can help your company be proactive in addressing these issues. For companies with a limited in-house counsel budget, we offer an in-house immigration counsel for a day service.
