We are launching a new product line and had a lot of communication back and forth with OXO to determine the correct size boxes and options available. I went back and counted 19 emails back and forth with the Manager of Sales. Then I just received an email that said "...I really apologize, I just got to know that our company policy is not to make any wine packaging..." The webpage looks impressive, but I'd be cautious with how much time you give them, probably okay to purchase something off the shelf, but if you need something to be made custom then beware.

I worked with Victor Kent to get custom packaging to to start my business. At first, everything went along great and he got me exactly what I wanted. I asked for custom samples and they sent me 5 boxes for samples. He said the samples were free if I put down a deposit. I put down a deposit and when the samples came, they were a different size. I asked to change the size and that's when things went crazy. They increased the price in a crazy amount saying that I need to pay for die cuts when it clearly states on their website that they do not charge for it. I asked for a refund

Tried to request a free quote but the online form did not work. Sent an email to the listed contact address regarding this issue along with information for the quote with no reply. Sent a follow-up email several days later and no answer. Seems highly unprofessional to either not check potential client emails or to blatantly ignore them. Would not recommend.

Great experience. I got kraft pillow boxes with a printed colorful logo. Everything was done over chat on their website and through email. I sent pictures, and said how many I wanted. I received a quote, I paid for it in advance (which I was a little worried about, but then it was fine), and got my boxes in under 2 weeks. The pillow boxes are thinner than what I’ve used in the past, but still good quality. People I worked with, especially Joseph Matt, were quick to respond, courteous, and helpful.
I would definitely recommend, because their prices were the best I have seen!

I worked for about a month with a Mike Miller on producing a simple box for a product that my company sells. He was very difficult to work with, and kept requesting different file types from me. For example, he kept asking for Adobe Illustrator files (I don't have Adobe Illustrator so I cannot create those files). I have worked with many different packaging companies in the past, and I have never seen them be so particular about the file type. Usually if you send them a .svg file they can handle everything from there. This is the one company I have worked with that is an exception to that

I asked for a preview of a gift and they made me pay for it because they could not do it for free. I then asked for one person and they said he was not there, I then asked when he would be back and they would not tell me. After that, they left and now I can not talk to anyone because they said I " Was asking to much and asking the same thing over and over again" I had to email them to say that I would be writing this and taking my business elsewhere due to the horrible service. Please avoid them at all costs until they change for the better.

Very happy customers. My business ordered our first bulk order of our boxes from OXO and were very happy with the boxes we received. There were a few boxes that were misprinted / smudged - we were very impressed with OXO’s customer service and how they handled the whole situation. We told Kevin about the misprints and he apologized profusely and had new boxes printed and sent to us extremely quickly. I just opened the new boxes he sent and saw that he included a very, very generous number of them, which we truly appreciate / noticed. We feel like very valued customers at OXO, and will continue

Professional and courteous, the customer support agent Athena was so accommodating of my needs. I received a variety of designs to choose from and I picked one that felt most likely to compliment my brand. Great job! I liked oxo packaging's service, they were professional and were able to rush my order when I needed it. I have used them twice for my Soap box packaging they offer me competitively very low pricing with high quality boxes.

Pizza boxes from OXO are reliable enough to withstand a little tough time.
Being from Italian decent, I am pretty serious about my pizza recipe and its presentation. I had a little trouble finding the exact packaging box that would not only suit my brand but also keep pizzas fresh. Finally I came across OXO Packaging, these people designed a hexagonal pizza box for me that became my signature. Am I happy? My answer is I wouldn’t be here writing this if it weren’t for these guys’ amazing professionalism. They take packaging as seriously as I do baking, which makes us the best pair.
