The Resolve Laser treatment results in redness after the treatment. You can put on make-up after treatment. Redness could last a couple of hours after treatment. After the Tattoo Removal Laser treatment the area treated will appear whitened/frosted, redness and swelling may be present. After care instructions will be provided on how to care for the tattoo at home.

I just had my 3rd session of laser tattoo removal this week. I have had great experiences so far! I had gone to 6 different consultations before making my decision & I am so glad I chose Better Off. They use the latest picoway technology, which was a must on my list. They also have the best pricing in all of San Diego county. Everyone has been so nice & communicative. Stephanie is an amazing nurse, extremely knowledgeable, & has me cracking up every time I come in which helps a ton with the pain from this procedure! Great experience with tattoo removal!!
Went in today to start my first session of tattoo removal on my finger and I can already see some spots that are faded. The physician gave me an ice pack to numb my finger and I could barley feel anything. They were all so nice and the office was very clean. Cant wait to finish my treatments!

2020 has been quite a year and no better way for self care than with better off. I have been here a total of 5 treatments (including today) and scheduled for another one and I can't rave enough how wonderful this office is.
Anne is phenomenal with customer service and aiding in scheduling and is such a delight to chat with. I met the owner Sari today and everyone is following covid guidelines.
I had so much anxiety leaving home and getting lasered today. As always, Stephanie put me at ease (yes, while lasering my face).

I went into Better off (Encinitas location) this past Saturday for my first appointment for tattoo removal. Before the appointment I was extremely nervous (and nauseous) about the whole process. I had no idea what to expect! As soon as we arrived we were greeted by Sari, who was extremely welcoming! She introduced me to Stephanie, NP who would be doing my tattoo removal. She was also very sweet. Immediately, my anxiety was gone! I just felt an overwhelming sense of comfort! After filing out the brief paperwork, Stephanie took us back. She began to explain the process, recovery and after care.

I have nothing but great things to say about better off. I have been removing a (poor decision) finger tattoo for a couple months now and it's almost gone completely! Couldn't be happier about it. Everyone who works here is so friendly. If you're wanting a tattoo removed go here!! Their laser works fanatic and your mistake tattoo will go away. I first heard about Better Off on a local radio show. 92.5 Jagger and Kristie. I have worked in Aesthetics and Plastic Surgery for a nymber of years and pay close attention to detail when I myself am a patient/client. I want to RAVE about Better Off. From initial phone call, to end of treatment I was treated amazing. Friendly, informative, patient and professional. I had a tattoo treated for removal and after one treatment its almost gone. Great place in every way! So happy I found Better Off! The studio in Encinitas is welcoming and everyone is professional and kind! Victoria is very knowledgeable and careful to walk you through the process so you know what to expect. She even personally follows up to check on you! I've had (3) tattoo removal sessions so far and I am absolutely thrilled with not only my results, but the overall experience as well. The ladies there are very polite and professional. Stephanie, the woman who performs the tattoo laser removal, is AWESOME!!! She is very knowledgeable and totally concerned about YOU as the customer!
