I always feel like I'm in good hands from the moment I arrive. The girls at the front desk are always so friendly and accommodating and great at communicating via text. I can always get in pretty quickly for an appointment and I come out feeling like a million bucks. Gita is such a professional and seems to know exactly what I need. And on top of making me physically look better, she is always so positive and encouraging. This place is great for my mind and body.

Update in response to the business's response below. Neu Look - I emailed you detailing my experience, with my complete name, the same day I posted my original review. You didn't respond to that. You know my review is real though, because of that email and because everything I warn about below are things that actually happened (and seem to have happened repeatedly/routinely for YEARS if you go back and look at old negative reviews) - no gloves, no chance to read documents and staff applying my signature to documents for me (you now have totally unenforceable documents - good for you

If you are reading this because you are considering getting Botox for the first time and are nervous about the process, the results, pain, crackling noises - whatever your friend Barbara has told you .. go to Gita!! I absolutely trust her and have never have a bad experience with any of my treatments. No weird eyebrow lifting, no eyelid drooping and very little if any bruising.

Scheduling was very simple, as they were able to accommodate my desired time-frame to be seen.
When I arrived; the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

I don't think I have ever felt so uncomfortable or unwanted from a business standpoint in a med spa. First I had an appointment at 11 which I missed so I rescheduled and they were kind enough to get me in with no issues at 2:45. I showed up 5 min early since I felt terrible for missing the appointment. They had me sign a bunch of paperwork which I didn't get the chance to read as she clicked through it all for me. Signed me up for their email and mailing list without asking my permission as well.

The first time I came to Neu Look was back in May 2015. I originally found them through Groupon a few years ago. I hadn't been back in a long time until this weekend. I needed some specialty products that they sell. Both times that I've visited the nurse Gita, who I believe is the founder of Neu Look was the one who did my consultations. She is a very nice and sweet lady.
Neu Look Med Spa looks very nice inside as well. It's a great place to come for any med spa services like botox, laser treatment etc. or to buy specialty products.
