By restricting carbohydrate intake, the Weight Loss Phase is designed to optimize fat loss through ketosis (a safe and natural state in which the body mobilizes stored fat as its alternative energy source). You'll remain in Phase 1 until you have reached your weight loss goal. Following weight loss, the body fights to regain lost weight.

This "energy gap", where more calories are desired than required, makes weight loss difficult to manage and maintain. Stabilization is about narrowing this gap by adjusting the intake of protein/fat/carbs to effectively manage hunger, promote greater satiety and maintain weight loss. Weekly follow-up sessions over the course of two months or more are designed to monitor carbohydrate reintroduction and track weight.

The program is simple and easy to follow, it fit right into my busy and unpredictable schedule. The weight melted off quick without any exercise. Prior to coming to Ideal Weight Loss I had exhausted myself trying to lose weight by working out and what I though was "eating healthy." What I learned is priceless and something I teach my children. What else was helpful is Vania's high level of engagement and accountability. She doesn't sign you up and let you go. She is your shadow and that constant voice that gives reminders and guides over your decisions.

I lost 43 lbs working with ideal protein, and I lost it much more quickly then I could have done it on my own. The program is very safe, nutritionally balanced and effective. I had to do a very minimal amount of cooking which is a huge win for a busy working mom like me. Vania, the owner/ Wright loss coach, is very easy to work with. She is personable and caring and provided me with so much emotional support along the journey. If you’re serious about making a change in your life this is a great program to do it with. If you follow the program you WILL get results!

It was the best thing I ever did. Vania was amazing. Going through the weight loss sometimes was not easy but she was great at getting me headed in the right direction. Very understanding. Love her! The food products are really good. I loss 70lbs and feel wonderful. I still by food from her and the program is very easy to follow. I truly believe it’s the easiest and best program out there.

First, Vanya is a fabulous person who really cares about your success in losing weight. She is knowledgeable, cheers you on, and can hold you accountable to following the program in a wonderful way. The program works. I feel healthier, I am not as puffy, I don’t have as much inflammation, and it’s actually pretty easy to follow. You don’t need to be hungry to lose weight. For me, I also like how many veggies I eat. It’s all over a great experience because of Vanya and the program itself.

Vania is the absolute best! You couldn’t ask for anything more in a mentor, coach, cheerleader, friend, counselor and the list goes on. The program is so easy to follow and the food is actually really good. I had put on a lot of weight and couldn’t find the motivation to lose it. After getting blood work back showing that I was borderline diabetic and working on a fatty liver, I knew I had to do something. Vania was highly recommended to me by a friend and it was the best piece of advice I have ever followed. With her I got my health back and she put me back on track for a better life!!!!!

I learned about Ideal Protein through a friend and although I didn't need to lose very much weight, I wanted to learn more about nutrition and how to eat healthy. Vania was very helpful and taught me a lot about changing my eating habits. I found the program to be very successful and I have benefited immensely from Vania's instruction and knowledge about nutrition.
