For Me it's been pain free, smooth sailing each time. There's no long wait, the people are pretty cool - dang nice, and the overall experience isn't bad at all.
If I had 1 complaint it's that they don't have a 💅 Pedicurist 💅 on site for those of us women who like to paint our toes! Lol 🤭😆

I had an appointment today and when I went in for my appointment I was told that they called my insurance yesterday and were told that my co-pay would be $90. They said I could pay out of pocket and it would be $70. My specialist co-pay is $50 so I don't understand why my co-pay would have been $90 for today's visit and I was not offered any explanation. No one called me to let me know that my co-pay would be so high before I came into the office. I didn't keep my appointment and left right away. This was a complete waste of my time and bad customer service. I was also asked what I was being seen

This is such a good group of people. I always LOVE coming here. The staff is super fun, very courteous, extremely professional. They are very strict and respectful in following the guidelines for Covid-19. I highly recommend this group as they are a well oiled machine, very jolly yet professional in every way. My experience last year at the Vallejo Foot and Ankle Clinic was really great; they saw me quickly, and fixed my foot in just a few minutes. I was astonished at how quickly I was cured, and grateful for how gentle and friendly the doctor was. I recommend them heartily and will definitely go back if my problem recurs.

Reviewing on behalf of my dad. He usually has Tricare and his doctor on base recommended he go outside of base for treatment. We live in Vallejo and my dad is a diabetic, I've inquired here in the past when I needed to find a podiatrist but unfortunately they didn't accept my John Muir insurance a couple of years back. My friend who is a caregiver of her grandma recommended this place to me because they did house calls for her grandma who is bed written and is always happy with her care. My dad inquired and he was seen quickly and was able to obtain auth quickly as well. He said that his appointment

Dr Thomas and his staff are amazing. During a pandemic, they used all safety practices . I called for an appointment and it was set up for the following week. Due to a cancellation , I was able to be seen today.
Dr Thomas, listened to my concerns and gave excellent recommendations for treating my foot issues. It was quick but thorough. I feel very comfortable with this clinic and have set up another appointment for follow up in a couple months.
