Our foot doctors and surgeons treat all foot and ankle problems in both young children and adults of all ages. This includes general pain management, trauma (fractures and tendon ruptures), nail and skin disorders, sports-related injuries like tendonitis and ligament instability. We have offices throughout the Bay Area in Oakland, Sunnyvale, Fremont, and San Francisco.

Our staff of surgeons, podiatrists, nurse clinicians, certified pedorthists and technicians deliver state-of-the-art care exclusively for problems of the foot and ankle.
Dr. Kim was surgically trained in New York City rotating through several busy hospitals including; Wyckoff Heights Medical Center, Richmond University Medical Center, Long Island Jewish Hospital, and Gramercy Surgical Center. Dr. Kim is an attending physician at El Camino Hospital of Silicon Valley where he performs elective surgeries and take calls from Emergency Department at the hospital.
Dr. Kim earned a Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine and Surgery from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Kim practices in sports medicine injuries, reconstructive surgery of the foot and ankle, diabetic limb salvage, and wound care. Dr. Kim also specializes in arthroscopic foot and ankle surgery by the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.

Their receptionist is very rude. They rescheduled my appointment twice. As my foot was experiencing pain, I wanted to ask if they could accommodate me a sooner time. However before I can finish my question the receptionist interrupted me and say that I can either cancel or reschedule. And she doesn’t want to hear anything else.

I’m going to be honest, my experience with Dr. Kim was one of the worst experiences I have had with a doctor ever. Went in with an ingrown toenail and left embarrassed and with the same ingrown toenail. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m a teenage girl who went in alone, but I felt like he put in little to no time or effort into my appointment. Very disappointed and sad :(
