I ordered a side table and it come in damaged. I contacted the company and in no time I received a response. I sent them pictures of the damaged and they have already shipped me a new one. Very fast friendly customer service. I left a review on there website and I haven't figured out how to update it. But they deserve 5 stars.

We purchased 2 of their shelves. Upon receipt we opened the package and inspected the contents for shipping damage, which required removing the thin plastic shrink-wrap around the shelf. We realized we had mistakenly ordered the wrong size and immediately pursued a return of the 2 shelves and the purchase of 2 larger 36" shelves. Welland said there would be no problem and quickly sent us their RMA paper work along with the RMA policy, which states;
