Overall a quite nice place to live - the apartments themselves offer good value. The appliances are above par, the lighting is very good, window shades are quality, and the bathrooms especially are very spacious. Probably best of all, you never hear the neighbors. Even hallway noise is very muffled. There are more maintenance issues than I expected with a new building, but they seem to be growing pains, and the maintenance team is quite responsive. The community itself has really quality amenities, and the management is always available to answer questions and respond to issues.

I helped my daughter move in to a one-BR unit a few days ago. Lauren and Tyler have been very helpful. Orientation was smooth. The new unit had two very minor issues (shower water pressure [easily adjusted to have great pressure] and door lock [still in need of adjustment by the handyman]). The washer/dryer and refrigerator are GE. Bathroom is spacious, but there is no in-wall niche in the shower (remedied by a portable rack). Curtains over large windows in BR and living room windows facing the court yard are private enough, but adding day curtains may be perfect. The closet is medium-sized.
