My first experience overall with them went great. I gave 4 star instead of 5 because I was expecting them to contact me to come and get the car title as soon as the port returned it to them, I needed it ASAP to release the car at the port of destination. Also, they need to let customers know that the “seaway bill” is the bill of landing. They forwarded me the seaway bill and I thought it was the receipt for the payment I made for shipping. By the time, I realized that it was their bill of landing the car was already at the port of destination in the parking lot and people there already stole

I was skeptical about using Icon Logistics because of some of the negative reviews I read on google. But then, I decided to give them a shot anyway. And I’m glad I did!!! My experience was totally seamless, the goods arrived right on time as estimated and everything was intact. I will definitely do business with Icon Logistics again. I highly recommend

Ebay sellers beware! I contacted this company before shipping a package to what appeared to be one of their customers, and they said they had never heard of the person and hung up on me. So be careful sending merchandise to freight forwarders; they often will hold your item for weeks or months to collect enough items before forwarding, while Ebay will not help you if you should have a problem.

This is the worst company or should I say human beings you can ever deal with. They're full of scam. You tell them to use one shipping line they will turn and use the other one because they pay cheaper money here for it and don't care what you pass through in Nigeria to get your car. Dont even try to use there dispatch for towing because they will waste your time in finding driver and charge you double of whatever the driver charges you. There staff re bunch of illiterates from Nigeria. No customer relationship. No information about your product.

getting bill of lading is easy ,no fedex or dhl headache to Lagos,they have ur bol ready for pick up in Lagos,
Flexible payments options,pay naira ,pay dollars anywhere ,send receipt and u will be happy
The best in dock receipts releasing for trucker,honestly this company works almost 24 hours in a day issuing dock rerceipts,this is the best of all ,I highly appreciate this service.

This is the MOST Useless logistics company I have ever done business with in the United States.They are unprofessional, no communication level with her client and horrible customer service experience.Doing business here is a nightmare. Their shipment and clearing time frame is a complete lie and they will never deliver all they promised as at the point of shipment.I doubt if I will ever use them again.The company in my opinion is a true reflection of Nigeria today. 100% disorganized!!!

Zero star if that was possible. Got such glowing recommendation about them from a friend and decided to give them a try and I have regretted thec5 times I tried using the. Please if you are serious about your business don't ever go near this outfit look elswhere, pay more if need be. Your shipmement will generally take 4months to clear, no feedback, no one picks your calls, no records, they only run around each time you call with threats.
