RamLyn Engraving & Sign Company, Inc. is a family owned business based in Western Washington that was established by Dick and Lyn Mullert in 1975. This husband and wife proprietor team started their engraving company from the comfort of their own home using only a small engraver and hot stamp. With their determination and hard work, RES began to prosper, allowing them to expand and grow.

I called to see if they could engrave Damascus steel and gave them my number to call me back. They called back promptly the same day and told me yes they can engrave Damascus steel and gave me a verbal quote that included a setup fee. I haven't gotten any work done yet but they seemed very professional over the phone. I'll review once I have work done later next month

I took in two sets of items to be laser etched and engraved. I was quoted a price over the phone for each item. I took the items in and confirmed the price they quoted yet when I picked up the items, there was a "set up" fee that was added onto the quoted price. The work was done and they had my items so I was stuck paying what they asked. Seems pretty dishonest to me. Get everything in writing. Don't let them scam you too.
