Great options. The installation was quick. However my blackouts were not what I imagined. The measurements seem off on most of my blinds/rolling shades. I had to buy side panels to make up for the space on my blackouts. My blinds seem really cheap; I hope they hold up for a few years at least. Overall it wasn't my best decision but it wasn't my worst.

We are pleased with the motorized shades installed. It would have been nice to have a follow up call after installation. I called Elite shutters and advised no follow up call received. I received an immediate review to complete regarding service. Overall the shades are nice. We are awaiting for our shutters installation and cannot wait to see the overall look in the home. I had the opportunity to buy some of my shutters from Salvador. Having had to deal with another supplier before, I can say that Salvador was always handy to give advise on what type of shutter to get for my windows and on time during installation day. All fitted perfectly. We have a few automatic shutters that need change of batteries every 2 years and Salvador’s team comes by to do that for us. I fully recommend him, I am a very happy client.

I was extremely happy with the work of Shutter Fashions and Salvador's team during the blind installation process. We had an initial appointment to measure the windows and choose colors and styles for each one. Salvador has years of experience in this industry, so the selection process went pretty smoothly. About 3 weeks later, the blinds had come in and they were being installed in my apartment. The cost was much better than that being offered by the construction company. It's been about 2-3 months since the install and they look and have been working great. I would definitely recommend the work

Sadly very disappointed with the customer service and lack of communication. We placed our order for window shutters 8 weeks ago only to learn at the 8 week mark and after calling to check the status of the order that our shutters will arrive well after the date we were quoted.
My issue is not that our date was pushed back as I understand that some things are just uncontrollable. I would've hoped to have received a courtesy call to inform me that our order is back ordered and with a new tentative date. So we moved to Houston to a new house, full of windows. We have been the 3-day blinds route, used the big box stores before with generally satisfactory results. Shutter Fashions blew them all away. This is a family owned and operated business that manages to provide exceptional customer service at a very good price!
