Edit to Add: I finally was able to speak with Mike Weaver about a day or so later and get everything straightened out. There was also a recall on the sled (obviously not their fault) and he contacted me asap to make sure we got the information because we do have a trip planned. Mike fixed the issue with our pay off and sent us the payments via check so we had that money back right away rather than wait for the financial institution to get it back to us. He really stepped up and righted the wrongs in our experience.

If you're ready to be ignored by the staff and if you're ready to pay way more than you should on a bike, PWC or ATV, then this is the place to come to drop your hard earned money. Really fancy showroom and a huge selection, but frankly I have never had a positive experience while shopping for motorcycles through these guys. I have sent emails, called, left messages, and have never been responded to. It is extremely frustrating when their website specifically gives an email address and a phone number to contact for sales only to be ignored. Many of my friends have had the same experience. I am thoroughly disappointed that a dealership like this would simply ignore a customer who is perfectly willing to buy a brand new motorcycle. Is it not a sales persons' job to respond

Nice selection of everything but I do agree with other reviewers... The customer service is non existent. I had to double check I didn't aquire the super power of invisibility, since the employees on the floor walk right past and don't even glance at you.

Came in here earlier this week looking for motorcycle helmets for my husband and myself. We recently acquired a bike from his parents and needed some full face helmets. I had never been in before and had no idea what to expect or what selection they would have. Immediately upon walking in the door you're greeted by bikes of all kinds. The perimeter has your accessories-helmets, clothing, glasses, gloves, and bike maintenance items like oil, etc.

I've visited Bob Weaver to purchase a part a few weeks ago I stood at the counter for about 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged with no other customers there. The following mid week I had ordered a part that took 45 minutes on the phone. While listening to the lovely repeating music. Aftera long process of ordering the part the part and paying additional for shipping the part was supposed to be delivered to my doorstep two days later the following Monday I contacted the dealer to find out where my part was. I was told that it would not be delivered to my doorstep for another few days

Nice fancy warehouse, lots of different types of bikes, 4 wheelers and UTVs to look at but Sales help was non-existent. I sales sales people sitting at their empty desks but none of them looked up to see the customers walking about looking at bikes. I looked closely at UTVs for more than 45 minutes and didn't even get a "hello" from an employee. Perhaps they have their own version of "Weaver Fever" and think that the customer is why they're there and not the other way around. Perhaps they forgot about owner Bob W.'s statement about, "Take care of the customer

I bought a brand new 2016 Ducati Scrambler. I was surprised how many they had in stock. It's a very popular bike. I traded in my used Harley as I was looking to get into something smaller now that I dont ride as often. Eric not only gave me top dollar for my trade but they gave me a great deal on an in-demand bike. The sales process from beginning to end only took about two hours. I can't recommend them enough!

Wonderful experience. Worked with Mike Weaver. My daughters friend purchased two bike and hand nice things to say about this dealer.
I stopped by with my daughter and two grandchildren, I wanted a pw Yamaha for the five year old.
Mike treated us like we were buying a 10,0000 bike. I know the profit on a $1299.00 bike is low! but Mike was great..spent the time with us like we bought a high dollar item.
We'll be back for the bigger bikes in the future.

First off. Being a naïve motorcycle buyer as well as making an impulse buy (yes my fault), I was taken advantage of by this company by charging me $2000 more than the bike was worth. Shame on me, yes. Second, I needed a tire changed on my bike and they were the only place in the area open and able to do it that day. They again overcharged significantly. The rim was off the bike (I took it off myself) and I paid over $250 for the tire change. Tire cost online was $100. I tried to argue with them and showed them the tire online but it was a losing battle. The work was done and I was stuck

Waited 10 minutes in my truck for them to open the doors on a saturday morning. Upon walking in i was immediately greeted by a friendly employee. A salesman followed him quickly introducing himself and asking what brought me in.
After the sales man knew I was in the building to potentially purchase a 4 wheeler he told me more than I ever cared to know about the machines. He was more than educated in the field you could tell he was passionate about the product he sells.
