I just purchased a new 2020 Yamaha Sidewinder snowmobile from Don Georges. First time I have purchased from them and 100% satisfied with the experience. Don Jr is great to deal with and his knowledge of the product and set-up of unit is second to none. Wish I would of stumbled on them years ago. Worth the 1hr drive for me. Great experience!

This review started as a 5 star review. Over the past 4 years I have spent well over 6 figures. They were great as long as you deal with Don. Service was a terrible problem with repairs not getting things done properly. I have been left on the trail with simple things like slider replacement and the track not being tightened after service paid for. Several vehicles brought in for 500 mile warranty service. they were not greased properly missed grease fittings simple basic things just not completed. When you call the parts department you are put on forever hold. Also waited at counter had people

I was referred to Don George's by a good friend. I had a electrical issue that I just couldn't figure out on my own. After speaking with Chris G, I was comfortable leaving my bike here for repairs. Chris kept me up to date with the progress of my bike. I really appreciated knowing what was going on and I wasn't left in the dark. The problem was fixed and everything was done professionally and in a timely manner. I have no problem coming again for service.

Best power sports store I’ve been to. Staff took time and came up to me multiple times seeing if I needed help. Not in an overbearing way or anything. A staff member explained every aspect of my question and even showed me examples on floor models. Anything he didn’t know he got info. from other staff on. Selection is mid-range. Good store hours. Beats Pioneer Motor Sports in my mind. What they lack in selection and building looks they more than make up for in inviting atmosphere and service. I would go more often if I lived closer.

Worst experience ever! I wouldn’t even give them one star. Chris not only has the worst customer service but he curses at customers who just paid 900$ to get there bike fixed there. I got my motorcycle returned with no oil and he laughs about it. Never once have I brought my bike somewhere to get worked on and paid a diagnostic fee to not get the bike looked at and then laughed at when questioned. Don’t bring them your work.
