Judy spent 2 hours with me explaining my options. She made sure I understood the information. She called multiple people to make sure we had the correct information. I was very anxious due to having to change my insurance and provider. When I left I no longer was worried, having gotten new insurance,and new provider. Today I received my plan number, and assigned provider. This was important that I get seen in January due to heart surgery 11 months ago.

I've been with Williams Insurance for quite awhile. Don't really know how many years it's been. I've always liked the fact that I can speak to my broker, or that I'll get a call back quickly. Whenever I've had any questions with my policies, they're ready to answer them or get me the best policy available. A few months ago, in fact, Friday of Memorial Day weekend, late in the afternoon, I had a problem with my car, believe it was a tire damage. Dial up Williams, and sure enough, Mike Fillmore was there to take my call and get me through my situation. As always

Judy Flowers was vey professional as well as friendly and easy to talk to. She explained my options clearly and answered all of my questions right away or researched an item and got back to me within a day or two. At one point I had three points on my license and they shopped around and looked for ways for me to save money without even asking them. The highlight for me is your staff. In particular My agent Monique Consiglio. She is an amazing agent. I cannot express how thankful I am after I call her for help on my policy. She is professional, courteous and friendly. Always goes above and beyond for me. I used to be a Mercury employee and parted with them a few years back. It was not a… pleasant situation. I had every intention of canceling my policy with Mercury and moving on. I stayed where I was solely because of Monique. She constantly shops other companies premiums for me but as you know for the quality Mercury's prices can't

This is the best insurance company I have ever worked with! Mike Fillmore really goes above and beyond for his customers. He even went in on a Saturday so I could get insurance for a new car I just purchased. They really work had to get you the best deal available versus trying to get you to buy more insurance.
