Pansy Homecare Service is absolutely wonderful. My mother's caregivers were incredibly kind, patient, accommodating, understanding, sympathetic, trustworthy, and reliable. The level of care and consideration both I and my mother received at every level from every member of PHS was superb. I cannot thank them enough for how much they helped me and my mother during a very difficult time. I highly recommend this company.

My sister and brother-in-law were helping me get the home care that I needed to stay as independent as I could. They called Pansy and within days Jonah came to my home and spent 2 hours talking to me and finding out what I needed. He was professional, engaging and attentive. He took the time to get to know me. The next week my aide arrived on time and Pansy came to make sure the aide was aware of my needs. In the next month on at least 2 occasions someone came to supervise the aides and re-assess my needs. We were in a tough spot with my dad and had called a couple of homecare services in and around Hartford. The woman at the nursing home almost insisted that we contact Jonah and Pansy. I’m so glad she did. We coordinated primarily with Jonah. He visited my dad the next day, before he’d left the nursing home. We were pleased with the 24-hour care nurses, and when we decided to cut down to eight hours he found us nurses that fit that

Jonah and the Pansy team have taken such good care of some of our residents here at Village Gate. From the warm hellos when they walk in the door to seeing them walk around the building and engaging with their Resident is truly something we need to see more of. I have worked intimately with Pansy Homecare Service and I must say that something one thing that stands out is the level of commitment and a sense of FAMILY the staff display towards myself and family. They go above and beyond, show up on time, and is sincere and authentic. I would trust them with my loved ones. Not all agencies have the personal care as their focus, so it is a BIG DEAL to find an agency that has these CORE VALUES as part of their training, which penetrates in the delivery of care. I enjoyed working with Pansy, Office team, and Caregivers. My experience with Pansy and office staff was amazing. They are very responsive to your needs staffing shifts as soon 1 hour! I highly recommend Pansy Homecare. I worked with Johan there and he was very helpful. Pansy Homecare was very flexible which allowed us to control costs. They even had a discounted rate agreement for work within the assisted living facility where my mother was staying.
Very few minor issues for the 6+ months that Pansy looked after my mother. They communicated quickly and effectively. They worked well with the assisted living facility.
