With over 24 years of experience, Cesar has worked with a vast amount of tattoo styles. With this, he discovered his love for black and grey realism. His works mostly with portraits, horror themed tattoos, and nature scene tattoos. Besides helping create the best tattoos in Fayetteville, North Carolina, he also works with mechanics, sculpting, rebuilding electronics, and multiple other hobbies.
Caring for your new tattoo is important to promoting a healthy and beautiful final product. The sun can be bad for your tattoo. Sunburns on tattoos can cause many problems. Please wait for your tattoo to heal completely before going into the sun or a tanning bed. Make sure to use a high quality sun block NOT sunscreen.

Excellent staff from the top down. Maya at the front desk is very professional, went out of her way to explain their process and the way they do things. She called me on the phone and spoke with me at length about my design style and helped me find an artist that best fit my desires. What a cool shop! Nice vibe and great atmosphere! Just wrapped up a birthday tattoo with Leo who was great to work with. He walked me thru the process, made great suggestions and created a great compass rose tattoo with a little color and Calico Jack. These guys are great! Flakiss did a wonderful job! I’m a shy person so I like to just read or watch a show while getting tattoo work done, and she didn’t make me feel awkward or uncomfortable at all. Her work was relatively quick but so high quality, and she was able to color match some previous shading I have on an already existing tattoo perfectly. Highly recommend her if you’re wanting a realistic floral design!
