I've been here a couple times and really liked it. We did have a problem with the machines and the app to pay a while back. So we went to a different laundromat. But I hate crowds. And there's never crowds here. It's spotless. It's quiet. And the woman working was quite friendly. Definitely coming back! :)

Zero stars if I could. First of all, I showed up at 8:00pm, the last load is at 8:30. I had plenty of time. The lady that was working said "ummm are you here to do laundry?!" And I'm thinking- yeah- it's a laundromat. And she said "Ugh, fine! I was hoping to leave early but I guess I'll stick around for YOU" and then said "I can't mop because you're standing here!" Rude, disrespectful, and not honorable of the time that they close. They want to close early and do not want your business. I took my stuff and left. They stare at you and are rude

Even though I own a washer and dryer, I needed a large washer to wash my King size comforter. The attendant was there cleaning and was very helpful. My comforter came out very nice and the extra large dryer fluffed and dried it. The premises are kept very clean. I am so happy I have a place to clean my comforter in the future.

I own a washer and dryer but they can't handle the big items so I've been taking them to Same Old Suds. I've always dreaded laundry mats but I love this one! It is SUPER clean, they play great rock music and I love that they decorate for holidays. My last visit happened to be the morning of July 4th and it was so nice to see the patriotic decor! Great place to do an unpleasant chore!

I really enjoyed this Laundromat. I used to go to one maybe 1 mile away but it is were you use the cards. I personally prefer coin laundromats. This place was really clean and what I really LOVED was the fact that the machines don't take all the soap at once for the 1st and 2nd wash like other laundromats I've been at before. I look forward to coming to this business.

My husband and I do our laundry here every week. As full time RVers we frequent laundromats all over the West. Never have we seen another one this clean. We've observed the young woman clean and she is amazing. There is no surface inside and outside washers and dryers that she ignores. All folding tables and sinks are wiped down. The bathroom is spotless!! I hope the owner appreciates her and pays her accordingly!!

Clean well maintained modern coin laundry. Three different sized washers and 2 different sized dryers. Change machines for coins, or download an app and add a debit/credit card to the app, ONCE; then scan a QR code to pay for the washer or dryer. Supplies also on sale here. Prices are in line with everywhere else (except maybe your apartment building, which likely costs more.) No pets allowed though, so leave Rover at home.

I will never go back to this laundromat again!
First of all, I had to step over a homeless guy sleeping on the floor to get to a washing machine. I feel sorry for the man, but it was very uncomfortable for me since I was the only other person in the room.
Second, the washing machines do not get your clothes clean. And half of the machines are not working. I don't think anybody maintains these machines they just take the money out!
Third, now they make you use an app to pay for the big washing machines and all the dryers. Which means you have to send your credit card information to some

I love this laundromat. I met the owner Mark today and he's made some changes that a great like paying with an iPhone app. This saves me time from getting cash from nearby places. Aside from that, the place is clean and the machines are always working. Been coming here for the last two years and am very happy.

Really disappointed. I come here weekly, I understand we're in a pandemic, but they raised their prices a lot! $0.50 to dry for 5 minutes! Then $0.25 for each additional 5 mins. I spent almost $30 on maybe 4 loads of laundry. I understand small businesses are hurting, but that's steep. Almost $4 to dry a load. $3.25 for a single top load wash. Makes me sad. I always came here because it's a small business. I live nearby. I feel safe. Even when it's 100° out & no air conditioning inside, the bathroom smells like sewage and often doesn't work, the machines flood. I still

Came to wash this morning put my load in at #41 ,took my $8 added both laundry detergent and softwner, machine briefly started and then in a minute start to ask for another $8 and suddenly stopped. Called the number they give for complaints and left a msg. then called back. talked to manager who seem rude and no Custer service. I had to call my sister to bring more soap as I attempted to start at another machine not knowing if the attendant he called was going to able to come in and help me. she showed up after my sister which took longer than expected as I needed to wash and go as soon as possible

This place is horrible!!! No one works there! I went to do laundry and their machine took all my money and didn't even start. No one was there to help me so I called the number and no one answered. They have a form for you to fill out and they will mail you a refund, but it's been almost a month and I haven't received any refund!!! I want my money back!!

I had to get my comforters washed and our washer & dryer at my place is not large enough for them. So I brought ALL the laundry I had with me, figured I'd just do ALL my laundry while I'm there! But after walking through the place and looking at the machines and the prices, I changed my mind! The regular size machines (same ones our complex has) was $2.75 a load!!! (Ours is $1.25-$1.75 depending on load size). So instead of doing ALL my laundry there, I ONLY washed the comforters and took the rest back home to do. Their large machines are $8.00 a load!! WOW! I won't be doing

Greetings!....Been a customer here for 4yrs now!!...Great laundromat facility its very clean environment and the machines work well!!...Only issue i have is its always been Humid n Hot inside the laundromat everytime i go there and not very comfortable to sit inside and wait for your stuff...so wish it was nicer inside the place...

I absolutely love Same Old Suds. It is always clean. I have never seen this place unclean. I met the owner, Mark, the other day. Really nice guy. Gave me a few loads of free dry. I've been a long-time customer. Linda works at Same Old Suds in the evenings. She is so much fun and a wonderful person. Thank you Same Old Suds!!!!!

This place is regularly cleaned. The guys here are pleasant and professional. Machine maintenance occurs in a timely manner. Today specifically, both change machines were out of service, so one of the customers called their contact number. Bruce showed up and fixed the issue. He handled the inconvenience in a professional manner. One of the other customers and I agree: their actions result in repeat customers.

It was hard to find a decent laundromat in my area until I found this amazing place couples of weeks ago. It is small, but it is a great place to wash your clothes. The prices may be reasonable to some extent, but there could be some improvement in the pricing of dryers and large washers. Overall, the place is very clean, good music is played, and the area is safe.
