Choose your pick up day and time and we'll come to your door the same day of each week or every other week depending on your subscription plan. Your pockets will be checked for anything that can ruin your cloth, and your lights and dark's will be washed separately. Also your items will be cleaned separately from other customers.

Dropped of brand new pair of pants and new shirt for a wedding and I was told it would be ready on the day I requested. I then get a text message saying my clothes would be ready two days after the day we agreed on. I go back the same day to pick up my clothes to take it somewhere else and I speak to another person and he said to disregard the text and to come on the day we set the 1st time. My wedding dress had been sitting in my closet for SEVEN YEARS without a single wash. There weren't any visible stains when I initially put it in its garment bag, so imagine my surprise when I found the bodice riddled with brown stains when I decided to finally pull it out. Despite the discouraging words from friends that the stains were likely set for good, I reached out to Magic Touch. My dress was in the same day with a reasonable price for cleaning + preservation with a two week turn around. I came in today to look at the cleaning job prior to my dress being packed up, earlier than anticipated

We started using Magic Touch when we went into lockdown. I used to bring my blankets and pet beds to a local laundromat but once Covid happened I didn't feel comfortable doing that so I researched and found Magic Touch. They have a free pickup and delivery service. Mike the owner comes to my house picks up my things from the front porch and delivers them when they're finished it's been a great experience! Now that I've had such good quality care I won't be going back to the laundromat..
