The older, small man w/ grayish hair was unfriendly to the point of being rude.. I thought I'd give you guys a try as you open early in the mornings.
I'll never use your unprofessional shop again.

I’ve been coming to this bike shop since I’m 16 and have always been impressed with their customer service and wide assortment of bikes and gear. I came in today for an issue with a wheel. Even though they were busy working on other bikes, the owner Dave looked at the wheel and resolved the issue within minutes. Compared to other area bike stores this shop is the best. I live in Lakewood Ranch and gladly travel to deal with Sarasota Cycle.

Purchased an FX 2 disc bike. Loved it so much I went the next day and pruchased a Verve disc 2 for my wife. Excellent bikes for our purposes. Liesure and fitness riding on the legacy Trail. The bikes are so responsive and comfortable that we can't wait to hop on them after work and on weekends for our daily ride.. Excellent service and selction at the store. I would highly recomend them.

COVID has place bike shops in a challenging environment- demand outstripping supply. I recently travelled from Tampa to Sarasota to purchase a Trek Domane SL5. I found team courteous , honest (ie what they had and do not have in stock) and hugely helpful when I needed an adjustment after my first ride. I would recommend this team and shop above anyone else…Do not go somewhere else!

During the COVID-19 pandemic, it was hard to find bikes and forget it if you wanted a specific bike . I called several TREK shops in Tampa Bay area and Sarasota Cycle was the only one that could help me. Others told me it might be months for the bike I wanted (Trek Domane SL4) or possibly it was no longer being manufactured. I contacted Sarasota cycle via email on a whim and they contacted me very quickly. Spoke with Mike the lead salesman and he was able to order the bike for me in my size. He was professional and very patient with me ( I couldn't find my credit card!). The bike came in as he

We were very excited we found this bike shop!
The service center was super quick to get one of our bikes in within 3 days, excellent job and didn’t over charge.
Later that day we decided to buy another bike and the experience was great! Speedy checkout and again a good price for a quality Trek Bike!
