Ferch's Crafthouse Grille

Had some high hopes for this place but not up to what I expected for a Ferch's property. Our waitress was new and that was part of the issue, so I excuse that. Staffing is effecting everyone.
Seating is arranged strangely and not really a great place for a couple to meet. It was cold, and loud.
I can't even imaging if there was a live entertainer. seating you sit literally just a few feet from the stage.
The Type on the menus is small and hard to read....
Especially the Beer menu, I get it .... lots of beer, but it's hard to pick something when you can't even read the menu.
Fish fry not on

My family and I enjoyed our meal last night, and tried to watch the Bucks game while there. However, the seating arrangement does not allow some patrons a great view of their TV screens.
The food and service is always great.

Clean and fun atmosphere. The Moscow mules were mediocre, bad ginger beer and too much lime. For food, we ordered the beer pretzel, dry rub wings, ranch, fries, and tacos. Food was mediocre, the ranch did not compliment the wings. Lots of room for improvement

Our waitress was amazing!!! I wish could remember her name. But she was the most attentive server I've probably ever had. Very happy with their service. And the food was decent as well.

Food was not great.We ordered delivery and it was quick but the food was just sad. I ordered the Cali bowl with blackened steak. The jasmine rice was very undercooked, the cucumber was cut in huge chunks, the steak was very dry, the sauce was good. Buffalo wings were dry, celery and ranch were not provided. We also request extra ranch but got none. It was disappointing. Maybe they had a bad night. I really wanted to like this place.

Staff was super friendly and the atmosphere was fantastic! However I only leave 3 stars because the food was, in my opinion, lacking. I ordered the craft house burger, which had very little flavor. The only flavor I did find was from the jalapeños I added to it. My fiance ordered the chicken tacos, which were tortillas with crispy chicken, lettuce, cheese and ranch...so your typical chain crispy chicken wrap essentially. By no means was the food, "bad", however there certainly is room for improvement. We will be back to try again in the future.

Came in during Happy Hour to enjoy a quick dinner before an appointment in the area. Great food, I had the Black n Bleu flat bread which was amazing! The $5 apps I could live with out, tried beer cheese nachos and pickle chips. The pickle chip batter was extremely salty and couldn't eat more than a few. Nachos were okay. I'd go back again for a drink and the flatbread.

Nice modern bar boasting a large selection of micro taps and canned and bottled malt beverages. They also have a decent sized menu with tasty, well prepared items. Prices seem to be reasonable to "on par" with other local area establishments. There is a great outside/inside area that can adapt to the weather with heaters if necessary. Also a fire pit for some nice ombeance. Staff was friendly albeit scarce at times. Long and short of it . . . definitely worth a try and I will go back again.
