A: Currently, in the state of Maryland there are no licensing requirements for Property Managers. What sets Top Tier apart from other property management companies is that we are licensed Real Estate Agents. We are also members of the National Association Residential Property Managers (NARPM). To achieve designations through NARPM members must adhere to a strict code of ethics.
