Steve is a United States Marine Veteran, life long resident of Carroll County and owner of S&S Property Services. He has over 10 years experience in the real estate and rental industry. Steve realized how much he truly enjoys managing rentals after investing in and running his own rental properties.
In pursuit of his love for real estate, Steve sought the education to become a licensed real estate agent. He passed the necessary courses and obtained his Maryland Real Estate License. After working as a realtor for one year, he realized his heart was in rentals. In 2015, he decided to offer his expertise and start managing other owner's properties.

I absolutely loved dealing with Katie! She is awesome, very friendly. If there is a problem, she makes sure to get someone there to fix it immediately. She is very responsive and prompt, never leaves you just waiting. I would continue dealing with katie but the owner of the house I rent decided to sell, but if she had anything available in my area I would most definitely rent from her again! Dealing with her has actually been the best renting experience I've ever had! Would absolutely recommend her to anybody!

Katie was amazing and very sweet! She went above and beyond for my family. She is extremely helpful, informative and will go the extra mile for you. After meeting with her, she continued to stay in touch with us daily to help in anyway she could and answer any questions we had. She always gets right back to you when you call her and will rearrange her personal time and schedule to meet with you. She is truly a kind person and makes you feel like family!

Very disappointed. I rented out a property for a year and when I moved in it was not in the best condition. I dealt with rodents and issues with a leak. When I left I had the place cleaned but it wasn't up to their standards even though like I stated before, the house was not the cleanest when I moved in. Was charged for bogus charges... blinds and drip pans, a fee for trash removal that somehow ended up being 500 worth of charges.. very disappointed. Do not recommend.

Katie, Steve and Steve all have been wonderful to work with from the start of renting the property I am in. I started this whole process in another state and its been wonderful. I have been with them for 14months now and I wish all prior landlords were as wonderful as them. They are quick to respond to any issues that come up and get things resolved fast.
