I have a large Thunderbolt Apple monitor that was always very unstable. KMB changed the cable, explained to me they would not be able to make the recharger cable to work (which I did not need it to, I connect it to the power source), and now I am working with a very stable, perfect monitor. Great guys, humble, honest, and very professional.

I brought in my New Nintendo 2DS and two 3DS's to get repaired. The customer service was great. The 2DS was a special edition and was in need of a new R trigger and a new speaker. Thankfully a new R trigger was gotten that was the same piece for the special edition and a speaker was found. A 3DS had a broken hinge which was repaired by replacing the front casing. It's analog stick was also replaced as it had fallen apart which makes sense since I remember that one of the DS's analog stick might of been broken when I brought them in, but forgot about it. What surprised me the most was that KMB was

KMB Computer saved my laptop! The price was fair and the work was quick! I'd recommend them to anyone with any issues regarding their computer. It's a neighborhood repair shop. You don't have to pack up & send out your computer to a faceless company that will charge you an arm and a leg to do repairs that you don't need.

Shop was clean and the work station wasn't horrible. The shop was an open floor plan.. I felt secure leaving my tower. He was on time calling me. Communicated with me what was needed and walked me through my options and what each option did. Right on schedule for completion. The price for diagnosing my tower was absorbed into the full price of the work done. I will, and have, given his business number out. I would gladly go back.

They did a good job replacing the battery for my smart watch. Very reasonable pricing(especially compared to quotes I got from other options). I already had the battery, so just paid for labor. I dropped it off and it was done when I returned a few hours later. Not the friendliest owner/technician, but job well done. Will return for similar needs.
