She was sweet as pie when I walked in and super helpful. I asked if she could reinstall everything for me and back
up everything to a hard drive. I paid in full and told her there was no rush. A month or two went by and I left a couple messages and never heard back. Finally I walked in one day. She had my computer and thankfully I still had the receipt she'd given me but it was completely wiped. All the photos of my children were gone! She told me she would be able to recover them. I picked up the computer and noticed that I had thousands of pictures but half were stock photos and the ones

Came to get a laptop repaired. Arrived 20 minutes after their listed opening time. No one their, no information about a late opening, and no information about possibly being closed on their answering service which I could hear ringing behind locked doors. Hung around for another 10 minutes, then left in frustration. Doesn't seem professional.

We are very pleased with A+ Perfect Computers. Our laptop would not re-start properly after what we think may have been a power surge. Motherboard blown. Isabel replaced the motherboard and was able to retrieve my files. All for a very reasonable price. Quick turnaround time too.

After about 5 or 6 Years of having my Mac Book Pro. My hardware went out .I had taken my computer to several different locations throughout the state to have the data recovered off of my hard drive And was told my hardware was shot ( lost hope) I happened to be in the area and called inquiring about the data recovery and was given a price (the price that was given was more then the other places but with my Experience at other locations the price that I was charged for the data recovery was for advanced work ) I agreed and had the data recovery recovered off of my hardware and even had the new hardware

Extremely shady. My Macbook Pro was stolen from PA and eventually FindMyIphone went off and showed a location that corresponded with her store. It went off several times at her location actually. I have emailed and called/left messages several times over the past month. What kind of business never answers their phone? She never responded to anything. That's just shady and tells me she did have my laptop at some point and is not willing to help or do the right thing. Wouldn't be surprised if she's running a chop shop. Not trustworthy. A+ more like F-.

I brought my computer in to A+ Computers because my fan on my tower computer was making noise. Isabel was not able to re-produce the problem. She did a diagnostic on the fans and also on the hard drive. She said that nothing was wrong with the hard drive and that I didn't need to get a new one. To make a long story short, my computer no longer made noise after I brought it to her and when I brought it back home. I later determined that there was something was getting in the way of the fan. I didn't realize how much I depended on my USB until I cracked it. I was devastated and immediately started searching for a data recovery place. The first one I tried was Eprovide.com. They had a fancy website and boasted some repairs were as low as $19.99. I sent my USB to them only to find out my repair was "tricky" and would cost me upwards of $900. Nuts right. I was desperate to get my USB fixed but I wasn't stupid. I found out later they regularly pulled the ol' bait and switch. That's when I stumbled on an A+ Perfect Computers ad on craigslist of all places

I have used their service a couple of times and they are quick, responsive, do the job right the first time and priced great.

I just had a power supply replaced on my PC. The new one gave out within a week and they offered, I didn't have to ask, a FULL REFUND - parts and labor.

I asked about my options regarding a new PC and spent at least 20 minutes talking over different models and their opinion on brands, operating systems etc. Since they don't sell PCs, there was no real incentive to spend the time with me.

Not only did he find what the problem was he was able to fix it that same day. He was very knowledgeable about the hardware and software and he was very friendly and didn't over charge me. Jeremy is a friendly and honest person and I will call him for all my computer problems.
