I am a direct lender out of Austin, it’s hard to find a good responsive appraisal company outside of my are. This shop was top notch quick, responsive and delivered on time with no back and forth adjustments needed. Definitely give them a shot if you need something in SW Florida.

Being in real estate I work with many different vendors. I was very impressed with Wojciech‘s level of communication. He returned my call promptly, followed up with an email as he said he would. I don’t have time to chase people and communication is key. We had an issue with accessing the property and most people would’ve just left. Instead Wojciech called me to communicate this and was willing to work with me and circle back later in the day. You don’t find many people these days with that level of professionalism. The worst company you can work with. Stay away from them. The come 100k under your selling price. If I could give them negative feedback I would. WARNING hire someone else.
Took 3 weeks to do a appraisal didn't answer to agents calls. Stay away from this company at all costs. Find someone that knows what they are looking at and not using 1 year old comps in worst areas you can find and than send comps of single homes that he was going to use on a multi family property. What a joke. Stay away at all costs for your buyer will be out of $$$ for the apprasial.

I did an online search for appraisers and looked at reviews. My Florida Home Appraisals stood out. I contacted Wojciech and we set up the appraisal that fit my timeline perfectly.
