We understand we operate a valuable service in our community and we take that responsibility very seriously. This is why the health and safety of our children, parents and staff is of the utmost importance to us. We are closely following guidance from the CDC, as well as state and local officials and health authorities, as we take extreme care to maintain our safe, healthy school environment for children, families, and staff.
Protective Masks: We have provided protective face coverings for all staff members to wear when working at school with children. Taking Temperatures: We are now screening all staff members and children upon arrival at school to check for raised temperatures or evident symptoms. Limited Classroom Access: To curb the spread of germs and control group size, we are having parents and family members remain outside of the center only.

** I will keep this brief but please do not send your child to this facility.
They simply do not clean the facility properly to say it lightly especially in this era of Covid. My son contracted a bacteria. What was completely disheartening was that not one staff member reached out to see if he was ok (he was out for 14 days). He had a rash, diarrhea and the doctor could not treat his original ear infection until they could figure out the bacteria which they said could only contracted there. As a result, bacteria created a toxic reaction with various antibiotics. This type of corporate run

Went there today to ask for a tour to place our 2.5 year old. We went with our 4 month old in a stroller. Once you open the front door there is a landing and then 4 steps up to get to the main front security door. We rang the bell and there was nobody in sight. We waited a few minutes and a pizza delivery guy shows up with a pizza. He rang the bell several times (obviously in a hurry) and nobody came. He got frustrated and walked out (I wish we had as well). Just then a lady came slowly lumbering down the hall to open the door. We told her we wanted a tour and she said some other lady would assist

I was with my family at a kids museum once and turns out they took this place on a field trip- and all of a sudden I was startled by the lady yelling at these poor kids. She was so rude and the kids weren't doing anything wrong! I guess she was upset becaseuse some of them were having a hard time getting in one line .. but c'mon.. even I work at a day care and I don't even treat kids like that.. THEYRE KIDS for crying out loud. I wish their parents would have seen how some of these consoulers treat their children. I think this place should really focus on who they hire to be around kids. And this

My 3 grandchildren have been going to Tutor Time for over 5 years at different times. We have found the facility to be run very well by the owners. I read the others reviews about the management and do not agree with them. Doreen and Liz are always available and listen to my daughters concerns and questions and respond appropriately.

We have been sending our two children (now 5 and 2) to Tutor Time since they were three months old. Since day 1, the staff has been attentive and caring toward our children, always having their best interest at heart. We truly believe that "growing up" in this environment has been excellent for their development and socialization. Our son just graduated from Pre-K in June and we feel he is very ready to begin his Kindergarten journey. Doreen and Liz have always been a pleasure to work with. We would recommend Tutor Time to anyone!

In selecting a daycare, I was very nervous in trusting strangers with my child who depending on age could be unable to advocate for themselves. In both Tutor Time NHP and the ownership, I have found a great partner. The facility is always clean and teachers / owners have been great to work with. When I have had a question, they have been there with a timely response. I have had two children through the years attend Tutor Time NHP and if I were to have more children, I would absolutely return. Highly recommended.

€œI have been sending my two kids to Tutor Time in New Hyde Park since 2011 when my daughter was just six months old. When I had my son, he began his tenure at Tutor Time at just two months old. As the summer camp program comes to a close this week, and with my son beginning kindergarten in just a couple of weeks, now is the perfect time to submit my testimonial regarding the program and staff at Tutor Time. As most know, being a working parent is never easy but knowing that my children were being cared for, taught, protected and nurtured by the loving, devoted and incredible staff at Tutor Time

I started my son at tutor time when he was 5 months old. He's been there for a year and a half now and I can only say good things about Tutor Time.
Going back to work and leaving your baby in someone else's care is so hard. I didn't want to leave him in an in-home daycare because I was worried a baby would not get the same attention as older kids (as my mom put it- how do you know they won't just leave him in a crib all day).
When I toured Tutor Time I was very impressed with how they ran the baby room. Every time your baby is fed, has a diaper change or does a fun activity

I have only heard awful horror stories about this TT and the irresponsible owners... Please demand to check the credentials of the people who watch your kids. If word gets out of the conditions of this place and the others owned by the couple it will be breaking news. Be careful of your consideration.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I was looking around for preschools for my toddler and of course called Tutor Time to get more information. It was the conversation itself that made me decide that this is not where i want my child. The person on the other end of the line sounded as if she didn't want to be bothered, I felt as if I was being rushed off the phone. Responses were vague and I kept getting the statement " come in for a tour and see for yourself"

I was very hesitant to put my child in daycare. Evey school we went to made him cry, until we visited Tutor Time. I assure you, I do not work for them. My child has been well cared for by a family staff that genuinely cares about your kid and their safety. They have a double door security system (I didn't see that in any other school) ample under ground parking (yes, it gets busy around pick up time) but plenty of street parking. Doreen, Liz and Magda have made me feel quite comfortable leaving my child and always had a smile and comforting word for me when I was sad leaving him. I would highly

Or daughter developed a great deal just over the course of 3 months at Tutor Time. Under 2 years old and she was counting to 10 and singing the ABC's up to G on her own. She came home singing new songs and showing us new dances. Every day was something new.
