You will receive an email invite to sign on to our patient portal, please respond to that email within 24 hours. If you are unable to sign on, contact our office for assistance. Access to the patient portal is essential to effective and efficient communication with our office. It also gives you direct access to the doctor and helps avoid "phone tag."
All patients under the age of 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and the patient must be present for all visits. Please bring your current insurance card to every visit. Please expect to pay your co-pay prior to your appointment, as well as any outstanding balance from prior visits.
Waiting for results on tests ordered by the doctor, no worries, you will receive an email message once Dr. Enav has your results and has shared them with you. It's also great for the doctor to get a message saying, "things are better, " "we're on our way to recovery!" If there is an urgent matter please don't hesitate to request a follow-up appointment and if it's an emergency please go to the local emergency room.
We look to fostering a relationship with community pediatricians, family practitioners and mid-levels that leads to the best care for your patients. Had a wonderful zoom with Dr. Enav! He was very thorough and knowledgeable in pediatric gastronomy. He asked all the right questions and gave us a plan to help my son get better. I love that he is passionate, straight to the point and firm. His level of care is unmatched. I wish there were more doctors like him.

Benjamin Enav is the rudest and most unprofessional -and I use the word loosely, doctor I've ever encountered. My teen daughter had a virtual visit with him and he did more harm than good. He was insensitive, used crass terms to refer to bodily functions, he was aggressive and curt, and never once made eye contact with us. Enav is an embarrassment to the medical profession; we only saw him because he was the only one available, now we know why. Look elsewhere for a competent and empathetic doctor.

My experience with Dr. Benjamin Enav is no different - arrogant. I've seen multiple pediatricians before and never had this experience. My 11 year old and I had virtual appointment with him. Dr. Benjamin was asking questions like a robot and looked careless. He didn't even gave us a slight smile. He was not looked courteous. He just did his job, wrote the tests, and pretty sure sent the bill to my insurance.

We sought out Dr. Enav as a second opinion earlier this year and he has never disappointed us. He is very direct and straight to the point which I really appreciate when trying to get answers for my daughter. I find it helpful to have my talking points written out ahead of time. If you know going into the appointment that he is going to be direct, you will be fine. If he asks, "What do you want me to do?" it is not meant in a mean way. He really just wants you (the parent) to tell him what you would like/want. Our daughter is doing very well and I firmly believe Dr. Enav helped us get her there

The doctor was rude and condescending. I was trying to get answers about my daughter’s stomach and bowel issues and he was dismissive and unhelpful. He didn’t even care when I told him I could barely hear him on the zoom call. He left me with 0 advice except for what I was already doing (which wasn’t working). I followed up with a message a few months later because his front desk manager asked me to and after reading my concerns he wrote back that I needed to schedule a follow up apt and this messaging service was for “brief and concise communication”. Why would I schedule a follow up

Dr Enav “fixed” my daughter. He listened when no one else would, figured out what was going on and then researched how to treat it. Literally a lifesaver! He is very smart, will try to look at issues from every possible angle and is very upfront and honest with you. He’s very easy to talk to, he lets you voice your concern without interrupting or judging.
Office staff is nice, too. The ladies in the office are always nice to deal with. They smile, are personable, and efficient.
When your kid is sick, you want someone who is going to be skilled, upfront, honest, tell you the whole plan,

I am shocked by some of the negative reviews here. My experience with Dr Enav has been nothing but AMAZING! He took time to fully understand the concern with my child. I knew he wasn’t throwing darts in the dark when he helped me understand the diagnosis, laid out a plan to overcome it and answered my questions/corrected my perceptions etc. And most importantly, I didn’t feel like he was trying to rush us out of his office as almost all providers do irrespective of speciality.
He wasn’t available for us to schedule an appointment with as soon as we’d have liked initially. Other than that

Dr. Enav has been seeing my daughter for almost 2 years. He not only listens to everything you are telling him that could be GI related, he asks questions about other conditions and issues so that he can create the best plan of care possible for your child. We have lots of specialists and he is the only one that does this. I never feel rushed out of his office and he is always prompt which is a huge plus.

Even though Dr. Enav does not have a warm, fuzzy personality, the care he and his office staff have shown for my daughter is excellent. When you call his office, your call is answered by a real person, instead of an automated system that requires you to punch in a bunch of different numbers to direct your call. He takes the time to listen to all concerns and ask questions in order to develop treatment plans that fit the needs of my child. I have also e-mailed him in between appointments with questions/concerns, and he is prompt and helpful with his responses.
