Nelson is the BEST! Always honest and gives the best prices. Also his knowledge on cars is extensive (you would be surprised at what other places experience is like). He even used to race so he LOVES CARS but more importantly loves what he does and it shows through the integrity of his business. Would recommend to anyone!

We've been going to LXT for 11 years. Nelson always tries to save money for us to make it easier on our pocket book. For instance, after our catalytic converter was stolen, he found a way to not have to replace all the parts and kept the costs low. He's honest, efficient and professional. He's also an all around good dude. His sister who works with him is always pleasant and lovely to deal with.

I started taking my 2005 Lexus LS430 to LXT as soon as the warranty expired and never regretted it. Nelson took better care of my car than the dealer did. Plus, I trusted Nelson completely and knew that he was taking good care of me.
They always did great work the first time--never had to go back a second time to get something fixed. They really did an outstanding job.
I recommend LXT without any reservation at all.

LXT has done all the work on our Lexus and Acura cars for many years. They are famous for super quality at considerably less than it would cost at the dealer. They are also completely honest and won't try to upsell you. After taking my car to them for many years, I had to take it to the dealer for the recent airbag recall. The airbag was free but the Lexus dealer came up with a couple of thousand dollars worth of suggested repairs, none of which were needed. Being a woman, I just never really know if I am getting fleeced whenever I walk into a mechanic. That said, when work needs to be done on my Lexus, I try to compare prices between dealerships and LXT. LXT is definitely more reasonable in terms of pricing. The work is reliable and service is friendly. I miss the free coffee, bagels, cookies, and free wifi in the waiting room, but not enough to pay ridiculous prices for service. I'd rather patronize this small business in my community. There is no waiting room or free shuttle to Metro, but they will drive you the Metro or any of the nearby
