I have been using this office for several years and will continue to use. Everyone is extremely friendly and personable, and I also like that they can do most everything in house (ex. blood work, xray, etc) and not have to go to multiple places just to get simple test done!!!!!!

The people are great and the doctors are so nice. They get right to you and make you feel at ease. They just never pick up their phones. So you will need to either make an appointment by going into the office, or setting up another with a current appointment. The front desk NEVER NEVER answers their phones.

Dr. Herrin, Dr. Marler and all of the other doctors and staff I have had interactions with have been amazing! I have never been talked down to or treated like I'm just another patient and everyone has truly worked hard to find real solutions to my medical problems. I highly recommend this office to all of my family and friends!

I am hopeful that I won't have the issues some have mentioned regarding contacting the office. I called 2 or three times getting information and finally scheduling my visit with no trouble getting through. The staff was friendly and competent.
I saw Dr. Brittany Herrin to establish service as a new patient a few weeks ago. My insurance changed and I had to pick a new primary provider in order to secure referrals for my RA Specialist. I expected the usual routine questions and a 5 minute visit.Upon meeting her, I instantly felt at ease, and her confidence and caring manner tell me she will fill

Do not recommend, most of the time they don’t even know what they’re talking about. They don’t know how to answer phones, or get people in to make an appointment. They may be nice and have human decency but in no way is this a professional doctors office. Pick up the phones

I cannot say enough good about Dr. Toti and his nurse Mel. I wouldn't be around today if it wasn't for them. Dr. Toti is above and beyond the best doctor I have ever encountered and he is so kind and helpful and works with you to find a solution and doesn't talk down to you at all!

Have been going to Doctor Depew ever since she was a Doctor in Sullivan. She is a great doctor and most of the staff is OK if you can get a hold of someone. I can call and they will not answer the phone. They always use the excuse that their system is down. I would suggest to shut the system down if it's not working and at least a person would not have to listen to the recorded massage that no one ever answers. I would think that if they are a part of St. Lukes that they could update all of their systems.

I have no complaints and have been happy since I switched to Primary from my assembly line doctor. (3 years now) They always make sure to get me in if it is due to illness. I always get my prescriptions refilled by calling, however, you need to see a doctor regularly to continue getting refills. This makes sense to me. They offer a large scope of services: well woman, x-rays, ultra sounds, lab work, etc. in office which makes it very convenient. Staff is always friendly! Thanks guys and gals!
