I asked for knotless braid and didn’t get that. I feel I got pop smoke box braids. The point of knotless braids is for it to be loose and easy to style vs box braids where you have to wait (2-5 days ) for them to get loose . And my hair wasn’t full AT ALL. Don't get me wrong , sweet ladies ! I just wish they confirm the style , color , length before hand and follow directions. Now I feel like I waisted money and time.

They were nice and pleasant but I didn’t get the style that I asked for. I would of rather if she told me “I don’t know how to do (5) stitch braids on 4b hair but I can try if you want.” Instead she did two kinda sorta stitch braids on the sides and 3 regular cornrows in the middle when I asked for 5 stitch braids and the parting is off. I even showed a picture before I sat down. On top of that she braided it extremely tight that it’s pulling so much on my hairline I’ll be lucky to have any edges after taking these out. Never ask her for dreads or actually anything, I’ve on a dreads process for almost 2 months and for every visit I pay $60, at the end she just put some gel on my hair and told me we finished that’s it, I thought there may be another appointment when but when I asked she told me no that’s your dreads. I paid almost over $300 for some gel on my hair?

I’m relieved that I found this hair braiding shop! It’s by far the cleanest and most professional shop I have ever visited. The women were punctual, had fair pricing, and gave me beautiful braids! I have 4C natural hair, and they took their time and gently prepared it for braiding. I cannot recommend them highly enough - so happy to say that I have finally found my “spot!”
