I purchased a blonde bob 10 inch middle part extra lace wig recently from Hair So Fab unfortunately the description of the wig DID NOT fit the item received. The wig was LESS than half the density stated, significantly LESS the lace and SHORTER than wig described on website. The description of their merchandise is DECEPTIVE!!! Buyer Beware! They will not send you a luxury wig instead they’ll send you a cheap wig that’s not the length you paid for wrapped up in wrapping paper only. My wig arrived without the wig clips attached and no actual packaging just wrapping paper that was ripped on arrival . I ordered 18inch and it’s 14inch. The bottom part is so short it’s like 10inches. The nerve of them to mislead customers and then say all sales are final. Beyond upset and this isn’t even my 1st wig purchase. Ok sorry, I had to edit my review. The hair was bad after like a week and a half. It sheds a ton, gets matted and kind of stiff. I also think it might be synthetic? Doesn't hold a curl and smells awful when you do add heat to it. I mean their customer service is great, and I had a pleasant experience in the store buying the hair. However, this hair is the worst I've ever had. I'm not sure if I got bad bundles or what but I don't think I'll purchase from them again.

These Brazilian bundles I got from them are so horrible. I didn’t even want to write this review but I hate spending money on bad extensions. I wore it 5 days straight after that I have to wear it in a bun because it sheds so bad (EVERYDAY) and thinned out quickly . I am so dissatisfied and disappointed

As soon as I take this hair out it will be in the trash. It itches my skin and nothing I put on it will soften it up It’s extremely dry. I ordered straight hair that I would like to return I’m not sure what I was thinking ordering that when this curly hair isn’t the best but at first I thought it was me doing something wrong but I’ve used brands like indique and I’ve never had this issue. The customer service was great as well as the cleanliness of the store. However, the hair is horrible. It sheds terribly & gets tangled quickly. The amount of shedding I had could’ve been used to make a whole new bundle. It didn’t wand properly either. 10/10 for customer service but 1/10 for hair quality ( & the only reason why I’m giving it a 1 is because it looked nice the FISRT day I installed it).

I bought a wig in May 2019 (two years ago at the time of this review). I was not and still am not an avid wig wearer so for that reason I believe the wig has held up pretty well all this time later after moderate wearing. It was my first wig and I believe going here was not the best choice for a novice. I recently purchased hair from this vendor yesterday. Throughout COVID I've decided to support black owned businesses. Although we may look the same and that's a long stretch, this is a business and respect along with professionalism goes a long way. Trusting my beautician recommendations. On 11/28/2020, store to purchase straight 12" 4*4 Closure. $76 my fault for not examining the length prior to purchase. Headed back to my car showed it to my friend her sudden reaction "wait that's not 12" that's more like a 10". Beware this company has no integrity, deceptive and fraudulent. I ordered extensions in 20 inch and they sent me 18 instead. The packaging was sloppy and they didn't send me any of the specs. I emailed the company and explained that I wanted a credit or an address to return the extension since it's not what I ordered.
