I had a great experience with Maddie for my first time at Hair Event. The salon is beautiful and clean, everyone was very friendly, and I love my haircut. Overall, it was a very relaxing and enjoyable experience before walking out with exactly the look I had been hoping for!

JACKIE IS AMAZING ❤️ Not only is she an incredible hair dresser but she is also a wonderful human being 🤗 Great listener, explains everything that's going into the haircut, give great tips for home styling and is always accommodating when scheduling. I highly recommend Jackie and Hair Event. If I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would!

Nice clean place with lots of room. All the girls are really pleasant with none of the drama or gossip, very professional. Check out Chelsea for a bad a$$ cut and color. She can do any and all colors that will blow your mind and at a decent price that doesn't break the bank. Her short cuts are spot on along with fading if you're interested. The owner Cyndi is a doll and is always pleasantly greeting her customers. So check out Hair Event if you're interested in a great hair experience.

After a lackluster experience at one of the "fancy" salons over in Collingswood, I asked my new neighbors in Haddon Heights for advice. Hair Event won by a landslide, with tons of recommendations for multiple stylists.

From my first conversation with a friendly receptionist who asked me about my hair and desired style in order to recommend a stylist, we landed on Chelsea who saw me for a consultation a few days later. She made me feel comfortable and confident in her skills, so I came back the next week for cut & color.

Chelsea always listens to what I want and is really good at explaining things. She lets me know about new and fun products and sometimes sends me home with samples to try out. I like that she is a perfectionist and very precise in the way she colors, cuts and dries my hair. Top notch!

This is by far the best experience I've ever had getting my haircut. I must admit I was a little nervous going to a salon being a guy and all. But my stylist Angela put me at ease immediately. She was professional and listened to what I wanted. Excellent all the way around. I will be coming back again.

First I must say, the owner is amazing, so if you go, I recommend her. I am writing this to say this is more of an older salon. I mean if you are interested in contemporary, stylish hair, this may not be the place for you. I wish I had seen a review like this ahead of time so I just want to let the next person know. The salon seems more for mom jean types. Nothing wrong with mom jeans but not everyone is ready for mom jeans, let alone mom jean hair.

Great price even without the discount! Shampoo girl was great too just can't remember her name. Will definitely go back.

My sister donated her hair to Locks of Love. The haircut was free and the stylist was so nice and helpful. She offered her suggestions and was true to her wishes when she told my sister she would keep her hair as long as possible. I looked at the floor and there was hardly any hair for her to clean up after the haircut. Some people get scissor happy, but this was certainly not the case here. The stylist even said that my sister could come back if she was unhappy with her cut to add layers or change the style. That was comforting for someone who just cut off almost a foot of hair!
