I advise against going to this agency. At first my experience with them was excellent. Towards the end of my association with them, I had called to get a cheaper insurance rate through another company and they never followed through with it. When I cancelled my insurance with them I had sent a signed cancellation form and they confirmed they had received it. They never cancelled my insurance and I ended up being billed by my new insurance and my old insurance. Come to find out they never cancelled my insurance policy through them and claimed they never received the cancellation form. Be very mindful
